The Muskoka Lakes have long been a prime getaway destination for Torontonians. Located just two hours from the city, Lake Joseph is an excellent way to escape the weekly grind. Poised over the exclusive north end of the Lake, our property offers the best of Muskoka with clear blue waters and very little boat traffic. We also offer the convenience of being just a short boat ride, or car ride from the lovely facilities of Rocky Crest resort.
With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the cottage has plenty of room to sleep the entire family, and even the extended family. All bedrooms will sleep two with combinations of queens, double beds & bunk beds. A large dining room table easily handles ten after using the BBQ, or the recently renovated large kitchen equipped with a Wolf gas range. The cottage is also equipped with 3 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, a large living room, a TV room equipped with satellite, and most of the amenities you would find in a family home.
One of the most unadvertised features of the property is its exposure. The cottage faces south west meaning that the whole property takes advantage of the sun all day long right until sunset. Also, the dock is equipped with a large sun shade that can be used when desired. 1 boat slip in the boathouse is available for your boat parking.
