Casita Colorado at Villas Altas was absolutely fabulous! Very Exclusive! We stayed for 2 months and took advantage of everything this place had to offer. For starters, we used the cook service very much and were very satisfied with the menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the particulars concerning the cook service and maid service were all handled by Elba at the office in a very professional and easy to understand manner. We also walked across the street and ate at the Garza Blanca Resort which was very nice (great for lunch by the pool there). The villa was decorated by Peter Bowman, a very well known decorator, with fabulous pieces of art. The villa has 3 huge bedrooms all with private baths. There is another full bath in the gallery for guest too. We spent most of our time in the private pool located just off the living and kitchen areas. Spectacular and unobstructed panoramic views of the Bay of Bandaries. We rented a car for one week, but found it was too easy to get a cab to anywhere. There is a cab station directly in front of Villa Altas. The office was also very connected to any and everything you may want. For example, she arranged for us to play golf at Four Seasons Punta Mita. We didn't think it could be done, but Elba never told us no, and she didn't on the golf trip either. Villas Altas location is great too. Only a short cab ride to Downtown or the Romantica Zones. Short cab rides to Mislamoya, El Eden, and Chico's Paradise. What we liked the most is that even when we did not do any adventurous excursions, we were able to enjoy a very quiet and natural setting outside of the city. We loved all the flowers, birds, and trees. Looking down and watching the waves crash along the shore. Watching the waterfalls out the kitchen window after a rain. The owners, Sandy and Charles, are also very friendly and easy to work with. We were very fortunate to meet Sandy a couple of days before we moved in. We also feel fortunate that we were able to experience their piece of paradise in Puerto Vallarta. Sincerely Ben and Lance
