Wow!!Views..Views.Views.. This 2BR luxury unit is located on the 10th floor of Edgewater Beach Resort's most desirable tower, Tower I. It is conveniently located to two elevators and the stairs. The beautiful emerald coast provides breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen and dining area(perfect for early morning dolphin viewing). So that you have the "best of both worlds view", when standing on the balcony or in the window(which spans the entire front of the unit), you can look down for a great view of the "best pool on the coast". We consider our condo our home away from home and visit often. We make sure our units are clean, well kept, beautifully decorated and comfortable. This unit just underwent a major make-over this month!!

So that your vacation is worry free, we provide many extras.....a set of on the beach lounge chairs with umbrella, beach chairs to carry to and from the unit, sand and water toys, books, games, portable crib/pack & play, wireless internet, stereo, 37" tv and dvd player in living room, tv and dvd payer in each bedroom and every kitchen appliance imaginable. We also are happy to provide you with a list of some of the places that have become our favorites over the past 11 years!! We also have a luxury 3BR/3BA unit in Tower II listed on vrbo #302450.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. Nowhere else on the gulf coast will you find grounds this beautiful! We came as a family after my daughters highschool graduation and we were in much need of a relaxing weekend. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. It is very spacious and we were all able to move around comfortably. The grounds at Edgewater are kept up very nicely and we enjoyed the on sight restaurant as well. We would definately stay here again. Thanks Marlene!!

This condominium was very nice and clean. It has many 'extra's' that help to make vacation more enjoyable. The location, veiw, and beach chair set up were the things we enjoyed most.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our whole experience was awsome!! Very easy ...with no problems...from beginning to the end..just the way I like it!! I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family!! The view from the room was great!!! My husband loved the beach chairs!! He is hooked! We will be back!!

We had wonderful experience! Awesome beautiful ocean view ,large rooms and the most comfortable beds!!! The beach chairs were an added bonus!! You don't even have to leave the resort there' s ocean side resturants, water sports rentals, all the pools and hottubs . Couldnt ask for better owners to rent from!! Their descriptions were perfect of the property and condo!! We had not even been home two weeks yet and already received our deposit back!! It was everything you said it would be and more!! We will be back!! Thanks!!
