The Bonita Beach Club is a gated property on approx. 5 acres at the north tip of Little Hickory Island. There is water on 3 sides of this area. The gulf of Mexico is on the West side where we have approx 900 lineal ft. of sugar sand beach .The beach to the South is public and stretches for about 2 miles. We are professionally managed and maintained. Major amenities are tennis and an 80 ft heated pool with tiki. A portion of our guests return each year. Our turnover is low by design.
This is a low key place where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf, beaches and tropical courtyard. The beach is so large that privacy is no problem. There is 1000 ft. of public beach on our North border that seldom has more than a dozen people on it.
The condo unit is professionally cleaned, fully equipped, on the second floor with a southern exposure viewing the Gulf and tropical courtyard and pool. You will not be sorry you visited here and will want to return!
