Come enjoy a breath-taking view of the ocean or the Currituck Lighthouse for a week or longer at our gorgeous house. Walk out the front door, cross the street to the boardwalk ... and go to the beach to play! The house is located in the northern-most subdivision of Corolla so you will have lots of privacy on the beach. Our street is a cul-de-sac, so the kids are able to ride their bikes without worrying about lots of traffic. You are also a short walk to the Village of Corolla, the community fitness center, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, two community pools, and a nature path to the Currituck Sound. Heritage Park, the Currituck Lighthouse, and the Shops of Corolla Light are all around the corner as well to keep your family busy for the week. This house rents Sunday to Sunday.
Our house has six bedrooms which include four with queen size beds and two with two sets of duobunk beds in each. Each bedroom has its own full bath and there are an additional two half-baths (one located on the ground floor and the other located on the third floor). Four of the six bedrooms have access to a balcony and we have a screened in porch as well. You can enjoy a private swim in our pool or jump in the hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Our house has four levels including the loft area. The loft area includes plenty of seating, a table, a television with a VCR/DVD, and board games. The main floor has the kitchen, two dining tables with a breakfast bar as well, a living room area (with television VCR/DVD;stereo;board games for all ages, and books) and two bedrooms(handicap accessible room and one other queen bedroom). The second floor has four bedrooms (two queen bedrooms and two duobunk bedrooms)and the laundry room (washer/dryer and laundry sink), and we have the basement/ground floor with recreational games, refrigerator, and half bath. You enter the pool and hot tub from the ground floor.
If you are really lucky you will get to see the famous Corolla horses while visiting, as we are very close to the 4 x 4 area. The conservancy park is directly behind us.
