Oceanica Condominiums, located on Playa Flamingo's exclusive North Ridge, is one of the premiere new developments on Costa Rica's gorgeous 'Gold Coast'. This condo has an incredible view, with a great perspective of the Pacific Ocean, the Catalina Islands, and Playa Flamingo below. There are very few vacation rentals of this class available in this area.
About Flamingo: Playa Flamingo has great access to all major roads and is a little over an hour from Libera International Airport (LIR). Central to all major Gold Coast beach destinations and surf breaks, Flamingo is a classier hideaway known for its upscale homes, uncrowded pristine white beach and breathtaking sunset views.
For surfers there is a powerful left point break that works well when the swell gets big. Just steps away, there is the first class 'Mar y Sol' Restaurant, serving continental cuisine for dinner from a garden dining area, or an air conditioned dining room. There are also a good number of quality bars and restaurants within walking distance on neighboring beaches Potrero and Brasilito (5-10 min drive). Good groceries and gifts can also be obtained there too.
