Oceanica Condominiums, located on Playa Flamingo's exclusive North Ridge, is one of the premiere new developments on Costa Rica's gorgeous 'Gold Coast'. This condo has an incredible view, with a great perspective of the Pacific Ocean, the Catalina Islands, and Playa Flamingo below. About Flamingo: Playa Flamingo has great access to all major roads and is a little over an hour from Libera International Airport (LIR).
