Come stay in our brand new two-bedroom town home. This two story unit features private garage, laundry, and master bedroom downstairs with a second bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room (including pull-out sofa bed) upstairs.
Located only 1.5 blocks from the beach, you will be able to enjoy just a two minute walk to all the excitement in downtown Avila Beach. There are numerous restaurants, retail stores, wine tasting locations, and even a spa within walking distance.
If you choose to stay in, we have an generously appointed kitchen with all you need to make a lovely meal. Our town home also features fireplace, jacuzzi tub for two in the master bath, and private patio with gas grill to make the experience complete.
Finally, for those that need a change of scenery but want to stay connected to the outside world we offer free wireless internet and two flat screen cable televisions.
