Wonderful rustic lake front log cabin located on beautiful, rural West Point Lake. The home features a private, 1 acre wooded lot for maximum privacy. The private dock is a short walk from the relaxing screened-in back porch.
The cabin comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. There are two full bedrooms with attached, private baths and a bonus room downstairs that's perfect for the kids with one twin bed and a convertible full size futon, big screen TV and bath. The home is full of amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, grill and rocking chair front porch.
Enjoy Callaway Gardens(thirty min away) or spend an afternoon antique shopping in quaint downtown Hogansville. Fish from the private dock, launch your boat and spend the day tubing, skiing, wakeboarding or swimming on the lake, or just relax in the quiet comfort of the cabin and it's beautiful surroundings.
Only a few minute's drive from downtown LaGrange, you can enjoy a variety of great restaurants or nightlife spots.

***Please note: Due to the Army Corps of Engineers requirements, there is a minimum 300 feet barrier between the home and the lake. The private dock is an easy walk down a wooded path from the house.
We are very interested in long-term rentals (even a full-time tenant), and we require a minimum 3 night stay.

Why the Owner Chose LaGrange
We bought this place due to its close proximity to downtown Atlanta and very rural feel. You'll see few, if any houses from the lake which really creates a lovely natural setting. When you walk out on the dock, you'll know exactly what I mean.
