BRAND NEW and SPARKLING, "MARISOL PLACE" is a beautiful 2BR/2BA condo on the fifth floor at Sterling Sands, a low rise, highly popular building. This Gulffront paradise is usually sold out in the spring and summer and is a favorite with repeat guests.
Marisol Place has many new updates for 2010. Gorgeous cherry cabinets and beautiful granite has been added in the kitchen to complement the stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a favorite meal. The entire unit has been repainted in a warm, inviting earth tone.
The living area is tiled. Eight will fit comfortably in the ocean view dining area. The living area boasts comfortable furniture and a large flat screen television with DVD. A CD player is also provided for your enjoyment. There are nine foot ceilings and one entire wall in your living area is mirrored to bring the sparkling emerald waters right into your unit! The living room and master bedroom have wall to wall sliding doors that provide a stunning view of the entire beach.
Both bedrooms are designer decorated with new furniture, flat screen televisions, linens and carpet. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have brand new, thick cotton towels. Also, both bathrooms now have CHERRY CABINETS and GRANITE to complete the luxurious additions to the bedroom areas.
Relax with your morning coffee on your extra large oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. The balcony is newly tiled for your comfort. You will have a gorgeous view of the breathtaking sunsets from your balcony, also. There are grills on-site along with a grassy area for those family yard games. A beachfront exercise room is available for your use.
Sterling Sands has 380' of a powder soft sand private beach with beach service provided March 1-October 31.
Destin offers a wide variety of casual and fine dining restaurants. Your condo is minutes away from Silver Sands outlet mall to make the bargain hunter in your family happy! Destin Commons, an outdoor venue with restaurants, shops and a RAVE movie theater is also just minutes away. Naturally, there are also many choices for golf, boating and fishing right in the heart of Destin.

Beautiful location. My family and I had a very relaxing wonderful stay. There is not like falling asleep to the crashing waves outside of the sliding glass door that's connected to the master bedroom. Or having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The kids also of course loved the view and we loved eating in and looking at the gulf,. Sherry, was also a pleasure to deal it --- she's very helpful and even suggested a photographer for beach pictures (who ended up doing a fantastic job). Thanks, Sherry.

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were not only beautiful but also quite comfortable. My wife enjoyed the kitchen - all the appliances worked well and it was a very convenient work space. The balcony was perfect for dolphin watching and I took advantage of it every morning. Thanks for the very helpful list of stores and restaurants with directions. The condo was so near to some great restaurants (Donut Hole and Jasmine Thai were delicious) and shopping. We even walked to the Destin Athletic Club for workouts. Finally, we even liked using the electronic combination on the entry door. We didn't have to keep track of any cards or keys. It all added up to a vacation without any hassles. We'll be looking you up again. Phil

"MBR Gulf Front! W/O Tiled-Balcony with Ocean Sites! Sounds! & Breezes!" - Just a hint for you. This is very confusing as w/o usually means 'without' so I took that to mean without tiled balcony. LOL No offense, just pointing it out. :) Beautiful condo!!

My week at Marisol was more than expected. I was hoping for peace and serenity but I received so much more. The sounds of the Gulf off the tiled patio to the master bedroom and the ocean great room was more than expected. The granite and cherry cabinets in the kitchen almost made me want to cook. I didn't because vacation is all about visiting as many restraunts as possible. I have already booked another week at Marisol for the summer and will share this information to all my friends and family. I woud not stay anywhere else. Once you have reached perfection-------------there is nothing else to achieve!
