Great Beach House, everything was clean and in wonderful order. Only thing missing was the ping-pong table but the hot tub certainly made up for that!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

when we first got there we saw a "for sale" sign. i thought this could be good or not so good. it was not so good. furniture is very uncomfortable, some things were broken or not working. computer did not work. my bedroom tv did not work, kept shutting off after 10 seconds. bedroom tv's are 12" on a wall mount and not new. small tv in main living room volume did not go up very high. toilet clogged up easy. towel bars come off the walls, the grill outside is totally rusted and almost cost me 3 filet mignons. grill is worthless. no outside flood lights in the front. lighting is bad all around. deck needs lots of work. top deck "eagles nest" is coming apart on far end....a child could fall through. this house has potential but needs some TLC....would not recommend until all is replaced and fixed. for 2000.00 a week you should get a better place then this.

Sea Pea is a great rental. You cannot beat the location. Every morning we watched the sun rise and the dolphins swim pass, right in front of us. We actually had a treat one morning and saw a small whale swim pass with a school of dolphins! The house is in good condition and was actually updated since these pictures were taken, with tile flooring throughout the house. All of the amenities were in good working order. Thank you for allowing our dog to vacation with us. I am not sure which she enjoyed more; sitting infront of the fireplace on the first cold night or laying in the sun on the deck watching the cars go by. I would definitely recommend Sea Pea for it's good condition, amenities, location to the ocean and local restaurants!

My wife and in-laws just returned from a week in Kitty hawk. This home was perfect. Great views of the ocean. Everything that you needed was in the house. We were expecting our children to come with us, but they were not able to make it. This place could easily sleep at least 12 people. The price was great.
