This villa has an abundance of indoor and outdoor amenities. Adjacent to the Ski Beech Ski Resort, it is at the very top of Beech Mountain. Very near Sugar Mountain and Grandfather Mountain, with great views of both, as well as Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Little Switzerland, the Blue Ridge Parkway, 160,000-seat Bristol International NASCAR Speedway, Roan Mountain, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Your private balcony has breathtaking, majestic, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside valleys. You can see three states! Ample and convenient parking at your doorstep. Non-smoking unit with no pets allowed, so it is clean, fresh, pristine, comfortable, and bright. Recently refurbished with new paint and carpet, as well as redecorated. Great for couples, honeymooners, retirees, snowbirds, young people, golfers, tennis players, skiers, snowboarders, tubers, etc. Very quiet and private, yet very convenient to everything. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets as you sip your favorite beverages from your own private balcony, and build a warm, cozy fire for those cool nights in your own private fireplace in the villa.

Safe, gated community with security on duty. Abundant wildlife, deer, bear, turkey, fox, raccoon, etc. Enjoy spring wildflowers, cool mountain summers (never a recorded temperature above 80 degrees due to the high elevation), fall colors, and plenty of winter snow from Halloween to Easter. One of the nation's purest watersheds.

There is so much to see and do you will want to stay a month or more. Visit the historic Mast General Store in Valle Crucis, the "Valley of the Cross," where former CBS broadcaster Charles Kuralt said you will find the soul of America. Visit the famous Fred's Mercantile Store, within easy walking distance of the villa, where their motto is, "If we don't have it, you don't need it." Free public trolley to take you right to the ski lifts or anywhere else you want to go on the mountain.

Visit Mount Airy, Andy Griffith's boyhood home and the basis for Mayberry on his famous TV shows. Walk across on foot on the famous, mile-high, swinging bridge on Grandfather Mountain that you can see from your balcony. Visit the unique Land of Oz and walk down a real yellow brick road. Visit Blowing Rock, the quaint real-life town known as Mitford in Jan Karon's famous series of novels.

I have flexible rates, based upon the season of the year and holiday periods. You save all cleaning fees, booking fees, sales and hotel/motel taxes, etc. All linens, utensils, and recreational equipment are included. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!

If you need accommodations for a larger party, I can also get you other units on the mountain at the same property or similar properties from other owners I know.

Escape from urban life and enjoy the solitude and quiet of the mountains, yet be very convenient to everything. Truly, this is a heavenly place with something for everyone!

Only 30 minutes from the Tri-Cities, Tennessee, Airport, with all major commercial carriers. An airstrip is also at the foot of the mountain at Elk Valley for those who have private planes. Very near the Virginia border, too.
