I don't know that I could say enough good things about this home, except that the pictures do not do it justice. The interior is CLEAN, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The yard is large (corner lot), very well maintained, and the pool area is truly a haven of fun. We spent most of our time in the pool area, swimming, and sitting around the fire at night. Our 4 children (13 to 8 months) loved the pool, and had plenty of space to play inside the house without feeling like they were getting in the way. Our 4 yr old even learned how to do a flip into the pool, not something we planned, but pretty cool nonetheless. The house had everything we needed, the master suite has a wonderful soaking tub and large shower, plus a walk-in closet. All the bedrooms are roomy,the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were soft and inviting. I cooked most of the time we were there and had everything I needed to put out a spread for the family and friends that stopped by while we were there. The home is very close to an inlet that housed lots of wildlife, no manatees this trip, but we did see a sea otter, and lots of different birds. There was a dog friendly beach a 15 minute walk away, where our golden got to swim and chase balls. The gulf beaches were only a ten minute drive away and gorgeous. Grocery, pharmacy, gas, clothing, restaurants, or beauty services were all about a 5 minute drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. This home was a great find for our family vacation and afforded some amazing opportunities to build some wonderful memories. We all wish we were still there!! :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

other than the problem with the airconditioning issue when first arriving, we had a really good time at the house.Very nicely appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings. Robbi was most gracious and helpful and we appreciated him being there.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here the first two weeks of April 2012 and could not agree more with the previous reviews. The home and location did exceed our expectations and it would be difficult to find any fault with this gorgeous property. An added bonus is the ease of working with the owners and management. Your presentation on VRBO perfectly depicts its beautiful appearance, immaculate condition and the many appealing amenities ideal for a vacationing family. There were absolutely no unwanted surprises and we would highly recommend your property to friends and relatives. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 5 adults and 3 older children in our party and it was very accommodating. It felt like home away from home. Very clean. Comfy beds. Loved the pool and patio area. Close to everything (beaches, grocery, restaurants) Will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week and LOVED IT!!!! We did not want to leave!!! We would recommend it to anyone. The manatees down the street were a lot of fun to watch in the morning and afternoon walk. Anna Maria Island was a few minutes away to lovely beaches and a pier that had great food. We had 3 people and 3 dogs and we all loved staying at the house. It had all the dishes you needed to cook at the house. The heated pool felt amazing. It was nice they had the names of the people that were coming and the days they would be coming on like the pool person or gardener. I would stay here any time I visit FL. This house is close to restaurants and grocery stores as well, so it is very convenient. The house was so clean as well and they had nice neighbors, that would walk by and introduce themselves. Thank you for an amazing experience :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We rented this property for ourselves and our children and grandkids. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and the gorgeous beaches on Anna Maria Island. The landscaping in the backyard lent to the pool's privacy which we thoroughly enjoyed . Its location is in a well established and quiet neighborhood. In the evenings we gathered outside near the fire pit and relaxed making wonderful refreshing drinks and smores with the grandkids. Everyone had a fun filled two weeks. We would recommend this lovely home to those who like to be close to things but like a relaxing retreat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Stayed for a week this March -- house is in a good location, is well equipped with a nice pool; and had ample space for the five family members in my party. Ten minutes from the beach on Anna Maria Island and less than a mile to a Publix and K-Mart. Owner and property management is responsive and answered/resolved all questions/concerns, etc. we had. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this property February & most of March 2011. The location was excellent. We were lucky enough to see Manatees at the marina, a very short walk from the house. The drive to the beach was under 10 minutes. The house itself was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The landscaping around the pool was lovely. The owners were very helpful, replied quickly to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, couldn't be better! We would love to come back again. My family enjoyed our time together and it just made it better to do so in a lovely, relaxing home near the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool even after returning from the gorgeous beaches which are close by. In the mornings we took walks down to Palma Sola Bay to watch the manatees---what a treat!! The landscaping in the backyard lent to the pool's privacy which we quite liked. It's location is in a well established and quiet neighborhood. It's close to shopping and grocery stores. In the evenings we gather around the fire pit making smores and sipping on refreshing drinks. The weather was ideal for outside activities. We look forward to our return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family stayed for a week at the bradenton house, and we loved it. The porch out side the master bedroom, the heated pool, the bedrooms, and the beutiful art work. We recomend you vacation here.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.
