Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen. Completely furnished including all linens. 4 BR/2.5 BA with enclosed outside shower and screened in porch. Washer and dryer.
Open floor plan includes kitchen, dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace and gaming table. Sleeps 10 - 12. Air conditioned Master suite.
3 bedrooms have king beds. All utilities are included. Available May through August.

For reservations made more than 180 days before occupancy a deposit of $500.00 is required which will be a credit against the total rental. One half of rental and security deposit are due 180 days before occupancy with the balance due 90 days before possession.
