MAGNIFICENT VACATION HOME ON THE BEACH IN THE HEART OF DESTIN. 4 bedroom, 3 bath west-end unit. Three of the bedrooms have a king-size bed; the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps up to 10 people. Four new 40” Sony LCD HDTV’s and four Blue-Ray disk players as of May, 2010. Master bath has a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub & separate shower. 2nd bedroom has a private bath. 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bath. Beautiful furniture and décor. The unit has two balconies. Large gulf-front balcony provides for outside entertaining, dining & gorgeous beach and sunset views. This large balcony allows the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom to have an almost unlimited view of the gulf and beach, with the living room, dining area, and master bedroom having glass sliding doors that allow access to the balcony. The smaller balcony on the other side of the unit has a view of the bay and allows the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms to access it via glass sliding doors in each bedroom. Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available at a small cost.

I am a Professor of Accountancy at The University of Alabama. My favorite thing to do is to either stay at the condo and visit Destin or cruise in Europe or Southeast Asia.
Why the Owner Chose Silver Beach Towers
My wife has visited Destin since the fifties at a time when little was there. I have visited Destin since the seventies. We love it. This is the second condo in Destin we have owned. We sold the first one to purchase the second one. What a wonderful decision.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love the beach and the swimming pool. I also love to eat seafood, such as shrimp, crabs, and crawfish. Could not be better.

The condo was large and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and served our needs very well. The listing photos deplicted the surroundings accurately and we thoroughly enjoyed that 3 of the bedrooms had king size beds and the 4th bedroom had 2 singles. It fit very nicely with our group of 3 married couples and 2 teenage boys. Silver Beach Towers is a top notch facility and we say somewhere in this complex each year. The only real problem we encountered was our check-in time. We were supposed to be able to check in by 4PM but did not get into our room until 6:30PM which costs us the late afternoon and evening on our 1st day of vacation....I think the management company needs some extra cleaning help or better management..not sure which. I would highly recommend this facility...we've been coming to Destin for the past 20 years and by far, Silver Beach Towers is a great place to stay. Being in mid-town Destin, you are close to many restaurants and entertainment areas. Hope the oil doesn't ruin the beach, would definitely rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
