Terah's Garden is a two-bedroom, 2-bathroom private cottage located a block and a half north of Main St. in Fredericksburg's famed historic district. Downstairs you will find a den with a leather sleeper sofa and comfy leather chair, gas fireplace and 42" plasma TV with extensive cable selections. Adjacent is the full size kitchen and dining area. This beautiful kitchen includes new custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator) as well as your basic pots and pans.
The downstairs bedroom offers an elegant king size iron bed with beautiful linens and a fabulous en-suite bathroom. This beautiful, large bathroom includes an over sized whirlpool tub for two plus a separate glass shower.
The cottage has a second bedroom upstairs which is accessed via a staircase you can reach either by a separate outside entrance or by walking through the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs you will find a pretty queen size iron bed which opens up to a lovely bathroom. The open bath offers a large whirlpool tub for two, pedestal sink and dressing table (note to the modest: toilet area does not have a separate door.) The room also has a sitting area with chaise lounge and yet a second gas fireplace and 37" plasma television.
Outside you are sure to enjoy Terah's most popular feature.....its brand new private hot tub! Enjoy soaking under the stars in your own fenced patio with extra seating and a charcoal bar-b-q grill! If you're not in the mood for a soak, enjoy the front porch with its comfortable seating area and romantic wood-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a good book after seeing the sights of town.
