Pine Point is a village that borders, on one side, the largest salt marsh in Maine the "Scarborough Marsh" with the Nonsuch river whose delta contains the picturesque "Lobstermans Warf." On the other side is what many people consider one of the best beaches in the U.S. With its huge low tide sandbars and the ability to walk the beach for the whole 6 miles of Saco Bay.
Pine Points unique and natural setting being only a 30 min. drive to ether the Old Port section of Portland, the Maine Mall, theme parks and many lighthouses, makes this village "Ground Zero" in southern Maine.
The house is located at the corner of Pine Point road and Jones Creek road.With a short two minute walk to the local market (for the morning paper),the "Clam Bake"restaurant,or the beach,puts this house in an ideal part Pine Point.
