Indigo is one of the newest and most luxurious properties on Perdido Key.
Seven acres of lush landscaping, the largest and most glorious pool on the island, with a huge hot tub, picnic area with grills, swings, gazebo and awesome indoor amenities including a huge theater, workout facility with the finest equipment and a private lounge with fireplace and wet bar. Two lighted tennis courts are also on the property.
A private elevator provides access to the private exterior foyer for the unit. Inside the double doors to the condo you will find approximately 2000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space.
This unit has been professionally decorated and has received a PLATINUM rating by Indigo/Resortquest. Nine foot tall ceilings and large sliding glass doors provide expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The main balcony overlooks the gulf and pool area while the balcony shared by the two back bedrooms offers views of the Bay.
The extra large master bedroom suite has a king size bed and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and granite topped double vanities.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and private bathroom and could serve as a second master. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk and has a bathroom that opens to the bedroom as well as the hall. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area as well.
The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. This kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware, small appliances and utensils needed to prepare and serve any meal from breakfast to an elegant dinner. There is also a full size washer and dryer in a separate utility closet.
The living room has a large TV and DVD player as well as a CD/Stereo system. Internet service is available. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV and DVD player.
To keep the unit in superior condition, we do not allow smoking or pets. Condo regulations require that renters be at least 25 years old. Memorial Day and July 4th weeks are not eligible for discounted rates.
