Step outside on the private wrap around balcony to take in the soothing sights and sounds of Panama City Beach, where you’ll delight in the temperate breezes and amazing sunsets. Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
Seychelles is located directly on the beach but in a family area of Panama City Beach. We wanted a place where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants without walking on Thomas Drive. Seychelles Resort is on Gulf Drive; a street that visitors and locals alike walk day and night.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There simply aren't many condos in Panama City Beach that offer five windows facing west or a 120ft wrap around balcony. This top floor unit has 270 degree views. Because of the location the westward view faces seven miles of sugar white beaches.

My family has stayed twice and we love this condo. It's got a beautiful view, wonderful balcony, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The owner is super nice, and the manager is local and available, and just great to work with. We'll be back as soon as possible!

We spent the last week of May in this beautiful condo. It was furnished nicely and everything was as good if not better than stated in listing. The view is amazing and all the furnishings are comfy. We are looking to return soon!

If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay, this is the condo for you! The 4 of us had the time of our lives at this condo for our yearly "get away from kids, husbands and life trip". We had a spetacular view along with spacious accomodations. Great furniture and comfy beds. One of the best views on the beach; sunsets and sunrises were amazing. Beach, pool, waverunners, lounge chairs, food and "beach drinks" were an arms length away. What more do you need? No rental car was necessary, it was amazing! The beaches are beautiful...NO OIL! The owner was very accomodating and responsive. We are coming back next year, it is our "destiny".

We cannot say enough positive comments about this place! The view is more amazing than you can imagine - inside and outside! Beautifully furnished with personal touches everywhere! Kind, trustworthy owners and attentive, local management! No more searching for vacation spots for us - we have found the perfect place to return to every year!

This condo is beautiful with an amazing view of Panama City Beach and the skyline. The furniture, electronics, and kitchen supplies are very well maintained and just like home. We were a family of 7 with absolutely plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. Mike, the unit manager, is immediately available if needed and so helpful and friendly we felt like we made a new friend. The owners sent local information to help us please the adults and kids in our group. The beach staff were very accommodating and quick to ensure our beach comfort. This condo is a 5 star that we will absolutely be using again as soon as we possibly can get away!
