Welcome to Palacio en el Sol our home in Canyonlands.

Located four miles south of Moab and five minutes from an award-winning 18 hole golf course, this is not just a rental condo, it is our second home and we have furnished it for our comfort and enjoyment but you are welcome to use it when we are not in Moab. The accommodations aren't just comfortable; including granite counters in a kitchen fit for a gourmet chef, Brazilian Rain forest marble in the bathrooms, beautiful tile work everywhere, a kiva-style fireplace for the cool months and an oversized central air system for the summer.

The three bedrooms (one king, queen and two twin beds) are designed to pamper you with high-quality linens and bedding and a television in each bedroom.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show.

The walled-patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbeque grill and cafe table and chairs. A private balcony off the master suite for a romantic evening.

The community pool, hot tub (open mid-April through mid-October), tennis courts, play ground and basketball court serve as an excellent way to wind down after a tough day of playing!

In case you need to stay in touch with the office while on vacation, or just surf the web as you bask in the sun we provide free broadband cable and Wi-Fi.

  • We stayed here July 4-10 and loved every minute. The condo is better than described and beautifully furnished including all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. The master suite was especially roomy. The views are gorgeous and having the private patio for early morning coffee as the sun rose was very nice. The pool/hot tub closed at 9:00 pm which we thought was too early for taking advantage of nighttime winding down but that was a minor detail. The hiking trails, Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, LaSal Mtns, whitewater rafting were all we had hoped. Returning to this comfortable condo after wearing ourselves out was a treat. There were four adults in our group but it wouild still not have been too crowded with more. Overall we would highly recommend this unit to everyone.
