Welcome to my home.
The townhome is located five miles south of Moab and five minutes from an award-winning 18 hole golf course. This is not just a rental condo, it is my second home and I have furnished it for my comfort and enjoyment but you are welcome to use it when I'm not in Moab. The accommodations are more than just comfortable. There are granite counters tops in the fully equiped kitchen, Brazilian Rain Forest marble in the bathrooms, and a kiva-style fireplace for the cool months. You will be kept cool with the central air system for the summer months.
The three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) are designed to pamper you with high-quality linens and bedding and a television in each bedroom.
The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show.
The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbeque grill and cafe table and chairs. There's a private balcony off the master suite for romantic evenings.
The community pool, hot tub (open mid-April through mid-October), tennis courts, play ground and basketball court are available for your use.
The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.

This was a great townhome to stay in! Plenty of room for 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teens). Was extremely clean, nicely appointed and decorated. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, tableware and extras like pitchers, serving bowls, colander. Beds are wa-a-a-y comfy! We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent. Beds, Bar-B-Q, Kitchen, garage, public hot tub, laundry, and most of all Moab. Very comfortable and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Condo was perfect, very clean, and development was well maintained. Good location for visiting parks and close but not too close to town. Kitchen was well equipped. Definitely recommend.

This beautiful unit is only 5 minutes to downtown Moab. It was nicely furnished with all the amenities you could ask for, including an enclosed two car garage. We were 3 senior and each had a very confortable bedroom, with great views of the surrounding hillside. The unit was very close to all the National Parks and many other tourist attractions. We would definetley recommend this place to anyone who is looking for comfort at a home away from home and great value.

We are a family who rented this unit for a quick spring getaway. Paul was very helpful, timely and friendly in our planning and rental process. The place was just phenomenal. Four of us stayed at the condo in August of 2011 for our annual week long mountain biking trip. The home is beautifully decorated, has an awesome master bedroom, well equipped kitchen, is very clean and modern and has a spacious garage. Both the airconditioning and the location right next to the pool were essential to combat Moab's August temperatures. The complex is very quiet and is surrounded by beautiful views yet still only a few minutes from the restaurants and activities in Moab. I would have zero hesitation staying here again or recommending this great home.
