We had a great time at this condo. The condo itself is lovely, the decor was terrific, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might want. Our family stayed here with my mother and it was perfect for the five of us. I highly recommend it!

The attention to detail in the construction and design of the condo was fantastic. It seems to em this was build with mastery and Paul must surely take care of it very well as it was immaculate when we arrive. Very comfortable for our family of 4 with two boys, 12 years and 14 years of age. I loved the garage as we could park our Highlander in it without removing the bike rack. 4 out of 5 stars because I did have to repair one of the jets in the bathtub immediately and the faucet as you walk into the condo form the garage was dripping. I would highly recommend staying in this very comfortable abode.

This property is smashing and so is the location. Everything we needed was here at the property. It suited our family of four (2 young children) and Granny visiting from the UK. Lovely and clean and Paul the owner is very helpful and friendly to deal with. Thank you so much - we will stay again.

This was a great townhome to stay in! Plenty of room for 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teens). Was extremely clean, nicely appointed and decorated. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, tableware and extras like pitchers, serving bowls, colander. Beds are wa-a-a-y comfy! We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

Moab

This beautiful unit is only 5 minutes to downtown Moab. It was nicely furnished with all the amenities you could ask for, including an enclosed two car garage. We were 3 senior and each had a very confortable bedroom, with great views of the surrounding hillside. The unit was very close to all the National Parks and many other tourist attractions. We would definetley recommend this place to anyone who is looking for comfort at a home away from home and great value.

Great week in Moab

Four of us stayed at the condo in August of 2011 for our annual week long mountain biking trip. The home is beautifully decorated, has an awesome master bedroom, well equipped kitchen, is very clean and modern and has a spacious garage. Both the airconditioning and the location right next to the pool were essential to combat Moab's August temperatures. The complex is very quiet and is surrounded by beautiful views yet still only a few minutes from the restaurants and activities in Moab. I would have zero hesitation staying here again or recommending this great home.

I was very impressed with this unit, very clean, well furnished, and lived up to everything stated in the advertisement. The owner is very easy to work with, and very accommodating. The unit includes Wi-Fi. It’s a very short drive to the golf course. The basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, and pavilion are right next to the condo. This unit was perfect for our family; we would defiantly stay here again.

Six of us stayed at this townhome for our vacation trip to Utah. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, well laid out, very spacious and very comfortable beds. We did not use the pool since it was too cool during our visit but certainly enjoyed the whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The views from the patio and balcony areas were so beautiful – snow capped mountains yet the temperature very mild at the condo. We tried to do and see as much as we could while in this beautiful area and this condo was a great place to return to and relax after a long day of driving, hiking and sightseeing. Owner Paul was friendly and helpful over the emails as we booked the condo. We highly recommend this condo to everyone!

Your condo was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice - very spacious, well laid out, a large kitchen with great appliances and all the dishes, etc. needed. The BBQ was great to have, and the tennis courts and hot tub were an added bonus at the end of the day filled with biking/hiking. Our family was very happy to be here and we would recommend this unit without question.

What a wonderful family vacation! We just spent last week at this beautiful townhome, and we can't wait to come back! When we arrived, the home was super clean and inviting. The views were amazing and the home was even better than we anticipated! Our daughters 9 and 7 both enjoyed having their own room with tv and bathroom. We enjoyed and were thankful for the views each day and having the conveniences of "home". I can't stress enough how wonderful of a place this was to stay and how CLEAN it was!!! We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We had quite a large group and so we stayed in two different condos in this complex. This one was decorated/furnished much nicer and we paid less. We will try to rent this condo again when we return to Moab.

We stayed here with a group of 5 to enjoy some dirt bike riding in Moab. This is one few places I have stayed that looks even nicer than the pictures. It was great to use the hot tub and pool after a long days ride, we could keep our bikes in the garage, and the view was amazing! I just wish my house was furnished as nice as this condo. I highly recommend this if you looking for a nice place to stay in Moab.

I've stayed at other Townhomes/Condos in the area and this one was the best. Best most of all because of price. But don't think you'll be short changed at all. This place is really nice. The owner takes exceptional care of the home and it shows in every detail. I will definately come back to this place if it's available because once the words out if not all ready it will be booked often and well in advance. Thanks Paul for adding a big plus to our trip by having a nice place to rest after a long day of fun.

The pictures shown here do not do justice to this property. We can only describe this Condo as luxurious. It is beautifully furnished and immaculate. After a long day of hiking and travelling around this beautiful area with my wife and 2 teenage boys, this condo provided a wonderful oasis to return to and relax. We also enjoyed using the basketball court and swimming pool. If I ever return to Moab, Utah, we will want to stay here.

We stayed here July 4-10 and loved every minute. The condo is better than described and beautifully furnished including all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. The master suite was especially roomy. The views are gorgeous and having the private patio for early morning coffee as the sun rose was very nice. The pool/hot tub closed at 9:00 pm which we thought was too early for taking advantage of nighttime winding down but that was a minor detail. The hiking trails, Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, LaSal Mtns, whitewater rafting were all we had hoped. Returning to this comfortable condo after wearing ourselves out was a treat. There were four adults in our group but it wouild still not have been too crowded with more. Overall we would highly recommend this unit to everyone.
