Used adjoining suites for a boys weekend and worked out great. The weekend rates at all South Beach hotels have gone through the roof so this was the ultimate deal for a group. Owners were great to deal with and delivered on all promises including early check in and late check out. Free parking spaces which are normally upwards of $40 a piece per day were handled and the full kitchen always comes in handy. Great hotel with perhaps the best people watching lobby scene in the country.

A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom condo in the Tresor tower. Ideal for travel parties of 4 people or more. Two joint suites with views of the city, ocean and the canal. Nice balconies perfect for breakfast or just relaxing out. The unit itself was lovely and well cared for. Delightful in every way. Three spacious bathrooms with showers. It was also nice to have the daily maid/towel service provided by the resort The Fontainebleau is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. A beautiful resort with great service and helpful staff. Five star all the way. The owner was dependable and professional, very delightful to deal with. Prompt and polite in his correspondence and willing to provide answers to all our questions. Our booking was completed in a breeze. Highly recommend. We enjoyed our vacation very much and cannot wait to stay in this unit again. Thanks for a wonderful experience at the Fontainebleau!

We rented both units, which are adjoining, and they are perfect. We have stayed at many 5 star luxury resorts, but the people at the Fountainebleau were absolutely some of the nicest and most welcoming. The service was exceptional from every member of the staff that we encountered for the entire 4 days - a rarity these days! Both units had very nice furnishings, thick walls and spectacular views. The instant we walked in, we felt relaxed and pampered. The views from the larger unit were of both the canal and the ocean and we never got tired of talking about them. In the mornings, we watched people sculling past yachts while eating breakfast and watched the ocean change colors in the afternoons. The property owner was very nice and responsive, even over the Thanksgiving holiday. In fact, I have already contacted him to schedule a second stay at the property!

My family and another family of friends stayed here for the halloween weekend and we truly enojoyed it. The reservation process was easy as well as check-in. To clarify, the unit is composed of one hotel room and a hotel suite that are next to each other, but they do not have an interconnecting door. So the feeling is one of two separate rooms and one of them has the big kitchen, living and dinning area. The hotel is gorgeous and very well located. The swimming pool and access to the beach are fantastic.

The six of us had a wonderful vacation in Miami Beach. All of the suite's listing descriptions and photos are accurate-- what you see is what you get... it's a lovely suite! The Fontainebleau hotel pools and amenities are also amazing. Adam (the owner) is sweet, honest and very easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this rental.

This is our second stay at the condo and it could not have been better. This beautifully kept condo is more than spacious and has all the amenities. For extended families or when traveling with teenagers, the independent suite is perfect. It has a mini kitchen and is quite large. The resort itself is huge and well kept with a beautiful beach steps away. Although we live in the suburbs of Miami, staying at this wonderful condo is like being in a different world. We will definately be back next summer!

We spent the holiday weekend in a condo at the Fontainebleau in the Tesor building on the hotel/condo property at Miami Beach. What an amazing place. The three balconies provided outdoor space just steps from the wonderful living/dinining room and perfect kitchen. Having two bathrooms in the main unit gave the two of us room to spread out and truly relax. In additon we rented the second space for my mother who was traveling with us, which made this a two bedroom three bathroom condo. Having a washer an dryer will make it hard to stay in a hotel without this type of amenity. The owner, Adam, was a gem. He responded immediately to anything we needed and the guest services staff was top notch. Even though this was a crazy busy weekend when we closed our door the peace of being on vaction was easy to find. The beach and pool areas were incomparable. Plenty of great ocean front with lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. for condo and hotel guests. This was a vaciton that we will remember for a lifetime and look forward to going back. We highly recommend this rental. It does not get any better than this.

This was my second time staying at Fountainebleau. I celebrated my 30th birthday this year with 5 other girls. We had an absolutely amazing time, and loved the 2 br/3ba suite. It was very spacious, the 3 full baths were perfect for 6 girls trying to all get ready at the same time. There is a very spacious living/dining area in the larger suite, plus a small kitchenette area in the smaller suite. We enjoyed the pool area and club LIV which is located on site. Adam was very nice, honest, and helpful. I definitely recommend Adam and this wonderful suite.

I rented the 2 units out for 8 girls early January and loved it. You get all the same benefits and more of staying at the hotel without spending as much. It was a home away from home but with a resort feel. The location was prime...right on the beach. The hottest night club in Miami is on the property and others are a short taxi ride. Adam was extremely responsive and patient with my many questions. I'd definitely rent from this owner again. Thank you!

Perfect place for two adults and four children. We loved the set up. extremely comfortable for the whole family to have space. the Fountaineblueau features make this an obvious choice. Restaurants are great; pools are wonderful and location perfect.

You'll love this place! This was our first time visiting Miami, and now that we’ve stayed at the Fontainebleau, I can’t imagine how anywhere else would compare! Our group (9 people) could not have been happier with the accommodations we had in this two-bedroom suite. It was very spacious and clean, the views were awesome, and the service we received was exceptional. For those of us who wanted to stay in, the pools and beach were perfect. When we wanted to get out, we were a quick cab/bus ride away from Ocean Drive. Many thanks to Adam for being quick to respond to my emails and helpful with providing information when we were planning out our trip. I would definitely recommend this suite to my friends and family.

Our family of five enjoyed the most wonderful 10 day vacation at the Fountainbleau. Adam's two bedroom condo, fit our needs, perfectly. Large bedrooms, fuctional kitchen, great views from 3 balconies. Safe ad secure. The staff at the Fountainbleau was great and responded to our every need. Great pools, beach, restaurants, etc. Very close to restaurants, clubs, and the happenings of South Beach. The owner amenities (which your are allowed to use) include: private pool, morning breakfast in the owners lounge, reduced resort fee, free internet, free parking and outstanding service. Adam was very accomodating, made our stay worry free and was quick tyo respond to our questions and concerns. Looking forward to going back again and would not think of staying anywhere else. Thank you, Adam....

My stay at Fountainbleu was simply amazing. The rooms were both everything they said they were going to be. I was there with 7 of my girlfriends and there was PLENTY of room for all of us to get ready and sleep. The rooms and bathrooms (3 bathrooms!!!!) were both really clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the proper utensils. The owners lounge was an added bonus offering coffee, cereals, pastries, and yogurt/granola/fruit. I have traveled all around the world and stayed at many different places, and this place would rank somewhere up top. Adam was very promt and helpful with all my questions and concerns with our stay. This was my 4th time to MIA, and first time staying in this property, but I know it won't be my last. Thank you Adam for the wonderful stay.

We stayed at this suite with our family and my brother's family. We have stayed numerous times at the fountainbleau when we were travelling alone but never in a larger group. The layout and privacy of this suite makes it a great place for families that want to be together but need more room than the standard 1 bedrooms. Adam was prompt in his responses and very easy to work with. Would stay again.

Very nice vacation had by my family. The condos were beautiful (we reserved the two bedroom suite), the views amazing and Adam's service impeccable. Plus, we had access to all of the Fontainebleau amenities which was a huge bonus. Will definitely be returning for another trip very soon! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for 5-star accomodations at a great resort.

As we unknowingly booked this apartment during the annual Memorial Day Hip-Hop Festival, friends warned us to cancel due to the utter chaos Miami experiences during this fun-filled, yet max occupancy weekend. However, since I'd stayed at another apartment in this complex in December 2009, I knew the hotel may be a bit full, but had no qualms about staying since it is one of the best managed properties my world-traveled self has ever encountered. With that out of the way, I should tell you we traveled with another couple and our sons. So, four adults and four children during the rowdy May Miami was both incredibly exciting and safe. The apartment, which has two bedrooms, two fold-out sofas, full kitchen and three bathrooms was absolutely dreamy and affordable compared with the hotel rates. As such, I look forward to staying here again as soon as possible. The beach: perfect! The food: delicious! The club (Liv): so much fun-very classy! The hotel sitters: wonderful, highly recommended! In short, I have nothing negative to say about the property except, the one drink I had to send back was a mojito (they use some vanilla sugar syrup-yuck!). If you want a clean beach with no riff-raff and somehow (don't know how they did it?) something for everyone from newborn to well..., this hotel and apartment are IT. Stop looking, you've found it. X marks this heavenly spot! Ciao!

Our family, 2 couples and 4 children, had the most wonderful vacation staying at the Fontainebleau in Adam’s beautiful condos. These two private units are joined by a shared foyer, have every amenity, incredible views of the bay, city and ocean and are kept in very good condition. Having access to the owner's lounge was also great, continental breakfast each day, and a quiet pool/spa area if you're so inclined. The Fontainebleau is a wonderful resort with a great beach, pools, dining/entertainment and spa, in addition to being only a couple miles from the great fun of South Beach~it's a perfect destination for couples and families. We look forward to staying in these beautiful condos again. Thanks Adam!!

The condo was everything we expected and then some! Reasonably priced compared to what the hotel rooms are going for. The views were great from the room and you can see the bay, city, pools and ocean. The resort was also fantastic with so much to do, it's not even necessary to leave! We will be back again soon, thanks again Adam.

Of all the people to deal with, this VRBO family was the best! I had several questions and Adam was always available to address any questions I had. The suite was wonderful and in a great location. The owner's pool is a nice place to enjoy some private time and close enough to the action if you wish to experience the Miami scenery. I would stay at this location again, but most importantly, use this particular property because of the service I received from the homeowner.

We rented these suites for 1 month this summer and had a wonderful time. The suites are nicely appointed and comfortable, views are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast on the 7th floor was always very good. These suites are especially great if traveling with another couple or children as the suites are very private, quiet and joined via a foyer. The pools and beach at The Fountanbleau are fantastic and there is plenty to do for everyone! I look forward to staying here again next summer!

We enjoyed an extraordinary vacation at a cost probably half of the the hotel's regular room rates. Adam's rooms (we rented two adjoining) were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary appointments. Roomy and very clean. After doing a lot of due diligence in the weeks before departing for our vacation, I would say I could not find a better value for so luxurious a resort as the Fountainbleau.
