This may be the nicest 3BR/3BA unit in the BEST condo development on Navarre Beach. This unit has been used by the owners as their second home, and has never been rented prior to 2009. Beautifully decorated and furnished end unit (see photos) is located directly on the beach. This luxury condo has gorgeous views of the beach, the ocean, and Santa Rosa Sound. Navarre Beach is away from the crowds, but is just a short drive to Destin/Ft. Walton to the east, and Pensacola Beach to the west. Located on the highly desirable 5th floor, this unit is high enough to enjoy the breathtaking views, but low enough to hear the waves and avoid long elevator rides. This unit has two master suites with king-size beds, and a 3rd (children's) bedroom that contains two sets of top quality, twin-size bunk beds, which will comfortably accommodate adults as well as children. TVs in all three bedrooms. Living room has a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. WIRELESS INTERNET INCLUDED.
Please be aware that the Pearl is now a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or the balcony. There is a designated area outside of the Pearl for smoking.
At Navarre Beach, you can swim or fish in the surf, or you can rent a bike and take a tour of the island, or you can rent a kayak or jet ski, or you can take a walk down the beach and look for seashells, or you can just relax on the beach or in the hot tub or on the wrap-around balcony and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Deep-sea fishing and charter boats are available just a short drive away in Destin or Pensacola. Navarre Beach is located on Santa Rosa Island, one of the barrier islands in the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which is part of the U.S. National Park Service. The National Seashore begins less than 3 miles down the beach, and consists of approximately 18 miles of natural, undeveloped seashore. Truly, memories of a lifetime can be made here! This unit is a very nice place to vacation. We thought it was nice that the living room and bedrooms are carpeted, giving it a more homey feel. The view are spectacular from this unit. You can see the gulf from all but two rooms and you can see the sound from those two rooms! This isn't a 'luxury unit', but it is very nice, clean and comfortable! We had a great stay here!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
