This home is situated on a cul-de-sac with 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 King beds and 4 twin beds. Living room and separate den. First main floor has a master and 2nd bedroom, laundry room and den. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and gorgeous deck with table, chairs, and gas grill.
Located in Bicycle Heaven, there are 4 adult bicycles ready to take you on the safe, dedicated bike paths all throughout Sea Pines. Take a bike ride out your front door to Harbour Town golf and tennis or to the charm of Harbour Town itself with quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. Regular live performances for children and frequent appearances by famous recording artists are Harbour Town specialists. South Beach Marina is another fantastic place to dine, shop, watch the beautiful boats, and simply be entertained.
This well equipped Rental includes linens, local telephone use and Hi-Speed Internet connection. 1-hour daily free tennis is included at SBRC. Our centrally located House is near South Beach Marina. Located in the South Beach Section of Sea Pines Plantation, this house sits in the middle of a Maritime Forest. Deer and wildlife run freely through our backyard. I rented this house for a family Thanksgiving many years ago. Sister & her husband & kids from FL, mom from WI and me and dog from NC all had a wonderful time at this comfortable and convenient rental. Did a lot of beach walking, bike riding and playing tourist. Hard to find nice rentals that allow pets so am especially glad to see it is still available. Now that I'm back living in NC, I guess I'll have to figure out how to get back there!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
