Enjoy the charm of this beach cottage on Miramar Beach near Sandestin, Destin, and Seaside. Located in the cul-de-sac community of Gulf-side cottages (29 charming homes). Just a few steps (approx. 150 yards) from Florida’s Emerald Coast, one of the world's most beautiful beaches - and within easy walking distance to the following: Silver Sands Mall (Florida's largest outlet mall), two grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, banks, and other major conveniences.
Beautifully decorated with the theme of Ernest Hemingway's West Indies, offering blends of woods and fabrics for a sophisticated, yet casual atmosphere. The main level features three bedrooms with a king, king, and two sets of twin bunk beds – each with a television (TV/VCR in the "kid's bunk room") and two full baths.
The second level features the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (including a TV), the third full bath, and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with an open living and dining areas. There is also a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. The living room includes a 36-inch TV with VCR, DVD, stereo, and a sleeper sofa (queen-size). The second level has a charming porch where you can enjoy the limited Gulf view rocking on one of our four rocking chairs.
The cottage has a covered carport, two porches, and an outdoor shower. The complex has a large HEATED pool and deck area for all your rest and relaxation.
This is a NO Pets and NO Smoking house and the primary rental person must be 25 years or older.
