This luxury home “Maison Rue Perry” is the perfect origination point for all your Savannah excursions whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Located between Liberty and Oglethorpe on e. Perry Street.
Don't be fooled by other "historic district" locations; if the home is not north of Gaston Street, then it's NOT in the Landmark historic district!
Step inside and the 2-story home features modern upgrades (stainless steel appliances, 32" HDTV) while maintaining the historic charm (heart pine flooring, crown molding) you expect when staying in Savannah.
Step outside and you are walking under beautiful majestic moss-covered live oaks, and within walking distance to all that historic Savannah has to offer. 10 minutes walking distance to River Street or Forsyth park.
All our guests receive complimentary Sodas, Bottled Water, Sparkling Water, Starbuck’s Coffee, Tea, Creamer & Sugar, Hot Chocolate, Complimentary secure Internet Access and Fresh Flowers in the Suite!
Guests staying for at least three nights receive a complimentary bottle of wine, (red or white your choice), or fresh and sparkling juices, with assorted cheese & crackers.
Each of the 2 private bedrooms features a luxury topped queen-size bed and is beautifully appointed with luxurious fine linens, ample storage, and large closets. One closet is large enough to serve as an extra "sleeping room" for a child in a Pack n' Play.
Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our tub or shower with our complimentary Organic spa products including body wash, shampoo / conditioner and body lotion.
The modern kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.
The living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen 32” HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies. The space provides room for two extra guests or simply a place to relax and read or watch a movie in the evening.
The home is both pet and child friendly. We offer dog treats for your four legged family member and a portable pack n’ play is available for those traveling with infants.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.
There is a private fully fenced charming courtyard. With light-filled southern exposure, it's the perfect place to begin your mornings with a cup of coffee, or to unwind at the end of your day with a glass of wine or a cold drink.
There is off-street parking for one vehicle. Please no smoking in the home.
The home is locally operated. We live in Savannah and offer very personalized service and meet all our guests upon arrival for check-in. You are our guest during your stay in our beautiful city and we endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as we can.

Dear Heather, Many thanks for the opportunity. We enjoyed wandering in Savannah, it is so pleasant to leave (the home) and take advantage of the easy walks around. At the end of the day the Maison Rue Perry is very relaxing and so well furnished with the “Heather” touch and sense for details, and the feeling of something personal. Job well done. We did follow your recommendations for restaurants – very good food and charming atmosphere. We wore out our shoes walking and shopping!! The tours of Savannah are certainly worth while, but this house was the icing on the cake! The amenities, cleanliness and hominess made the trip even more relaxing. Heather & Wes felt like old friends the moment we met. Follow their advise for the attractions and dining. What a fantastic experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Heather thought of everything. It was as if we were staying with friends. The location was absolutely perfect for our group. We walked for miles with our toddler wandering through all the squares and past beautiful and historic homes. We felt as if we lived here. We will definitely tell folks of this wonderful home and stay here on future trips to Savannah. We can’t thank Heather enough!
