Don't be fooled by other 'historic district' locations; if the home is not north of Gaston Street, then it's NOT in the Landmark historic district!
Step inside and the 2-story home features modern upgrades (stainless steel appliances, 32' HDTV) while maintaining the historic charm (heart pine flooring, crown molding) you expect when staying in Savannah.
Step outside and you are walking under beautiful majestic moss-covered live oaks, and within walking distance to all that historic Savannah has to offer. 5 minutes walking distance to River Street or Forsyth park.
All our guests receive complimentary Sodas, Bottled Water, Sparkling Water, Starbuck’s Coffee, Tea, Creamer & Sugar, Hot Chocolate, Complimentary secure Internet Access and Fresh Flowers in the Suite!
Guests staying for at least three nights receive a complimentary bottle of wine, (red or white your choice), or fresh and sparkling juices, with assorted cheese & crackers.
Each of the 2 private bedrooms features a luxury topped queen-size bed and is beautifully appointed with luxurious fine linens, ample storage, and large closets. One closet is large enough to serve as an extra 'sleeping room' for a child in a Pack n' Play.
Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our tub or shower with our complimentary Organic spa products including body wash, shampoo / conditioner and body lotion.
The modern kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand.
The living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen 32” HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies. The space provides room for two extra guests or simply a place to relax and read or watch a movie in the evening.
The home is both pet and child friendly. We offer dog treats for your four legged family member and a portable pack n’ play is available for those traveling with infants.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.
There is a private fully fenced charming courtyard. With light-filled southern exposure, it's the perfect place to begin your mornings with a cup of coffee. The patio is also a quiet place to unwind at the end of your day with a glass of wine or a cold drink. Soft mood lighting makes for a romantic atmosphere all evening long.
Park your car on the free street parking right out front, or there is also shared off-street parking for one vehicle. Please no smoking in the home.
The home is locally operated. We live in Savannah and offer very personalized service and meet all our guests upon arrival for check-in. You are our guest during your stay in our beautiful city and we endeavor to make your stay as comfortable as we can.

Fabulous Find in Historic Savannah!
Fabulous Find in Historic Savannah!
My husband, small dog and I found this charming Savannah rental at the last minute and we were so glad we did! The location was perfect -- an easy walk to River Street, City Market, and our favorite breakfast spot on E. Liberty -- J. Christopher's. The accommodations were immaculate -- every room was impeccably clean and not a detail was overlooked. We had everything from Q-tips to nail polish remover at our disposal in case we needed it! The energy in the townhome was light and positive (having stayed in other historic Savannah homes, I can tell you that some are darker/dingier and just have a heavier energy about them), and we felt completely safe at all times (I had no qualms about walking our dog to the square alone at night). Heather was extremely gracious and accommodating, and I would HIGHLY recommend this townhome to anyone visiting Savannah!

What a wonderful property!
What a wonderful property!
Heather - you were a wonderful host to my friends and I...from the quick responses to emails, to the way the house was prepped for our arrival, to the quick turn-around on the security deposit - I was incredibly impressed. Maison Rue Perry is a WONDERFUL place to stay - it's well-situated, completely stocked, and clean and well-layed out. If I HAD to be picky, I would have loved the gas grill in the courtyard to be a little better quality - one side of the grill doesn't really work. If you're planning on cooking through your trip here, just be prepared. Other than that, we had an amazing time - and that's all because of the care you take in your guests' comfort. I will miss that nice leather recliner the most! :)

We had a super time in Savannah. Our visit was made even better by our stay at Maison Rue Perry. Heather meeting us at the door, showing us such southern graciousness set the tone for our visit. The place was neat, clean and provided everything we needed for a quality stay. Great place, convienent to everything Savannah has to offer and we highly suggest you make it your place to stay when visiting Savannah.

That's how our 11 year old described it. This was our first trip to Savannah and it was great. My family enjoyed our three night stay. We walked some places but there was never a problem finding a park when we moved the car. The restaurants Heather recommended were great. The kids really enjoyed the pizza from Vinnie Van Go-Go's and the basketball court around the corner. My favorite part was the bed (when they let me sleep past 7:30 am).The house was wonderful. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips. We enjoyed the board games Heather provided. It got us through our last night when it stormed. The next time we visit we'd love to stay here again. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Savannah Spring at Maison Rue Perry
Savannah Spring at Maison Rue Perry
Maison Rue Perry is exactly as it appears in the description, so there were no surprises, but when we arrived to find Heather sitting on the porch waiting for us, we knew that we were in for a special stay. She quickly helped us sort out the parking situation and once our car was ensconced in its place we did not move it for 4 days. This is the land of live oaks and hanging moss, magnolia trees and night-scented jasmine. The architecture of the buildings in this historic part of town is total eye candy. Bring lots of digital space on your camera. Savannah's 24 squares laid out on a grid road pattern provide the backdrop for many historic, not to mention gorgeous, houses. Crawford Square is right out the front door of this property. These squares provide islands of tranquillity, shade and beauty in the city, which, because of the short distances and level, tree-lined streets between them, make it a walker's paradise. Heather provided all the necessities to eat, either in or out, with excellent restaurant recommendations and a well stocked kitchen of the basics. A very good grocery store is only a 20 minute saunter away. The small courtyard garden was a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day. And the warm Savannah nights were the icing on the cake. The historic Savannah Theatre (founded in 1818) is only a 5 minute stroll from Rue Perry and, except for Monday nights, provides wonderful live musical theatre entertainment in the vaudeville tradition. True southern hospitality found here!

Escaping to Savannah
I was in desperate need of an escape and decided my birthday was the perfect excuse. The townhouse was very nice. The location was perfect within walking distance to everything. The owner was wonderful, providing special touches. Would highly recommend this townhouse.

Savannah is a beautiful city and Maison Rue Perry is the perfect "home base" for a sojourn to the Hostess City of the South. The location cannot be beat: it's on a beautiful square and within easy walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see! This charming and spacious town house is exceedingly well appointed so it may prove hard for you to motivate yourself to leave and explore, but Heather gives A+ tips on where to eat and play during your stay. Our stay was not nearly long enough, but it did give us ample time to know we MUST return and, if we are lucky enough, we will stay at Maison Rue Perry again.

Just returned from 3 night stay. Perfect location...easy walking distance to anywhere yet quiet. We felt very safe and met some very nice neighbors. Better than staying a hotel. Everything is very high end had everything we needed.

The location was perfect, easy walking to River Street and Forsythe Park. You could literally park the car and not move it at all (except for street cleaning once a week)The property is well cared for, it's super clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could think of (even condiments including coffee/tea/water). Our two shih tzus, Simba and Rosie were thrilled, they had treats and really nice food dishes. Don't think twice - you'll enjoy every minute. The property description doesn't do it justice.
