Beautifully decorated vacation home located within Lake Cumberland Resort, a gated, scenic lake community (managed separately by A Better Rental At Lake Cumberland). Homeowners have recently dropped the rental rates. Luxury accommodations with an open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room featuring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows to view the lake. 3 BR, 3 queen, a full and twin in one bedroom, 2 full baths, TV, DVD, loft with 2 queen beds and pool table.
This home is great for families with small children as there is a pack & play travel crib, a game cube and plenty of DVD’s and table games. There is a full size pool table in the loft area. Amenities include washer & dryer, 4 person hot tub on screened in porch. Also, home is located 2 doors from one of 3 swimming pools within the resort.
Hike into the Daniel Boone National Forest located next to the resort. Bird watching is great in this home as many varieties of birds including yellow finch and bluebirds. You may also see wild turkeys and deer that are spotted in the quiet times. The clear, starry nights here are a sight to see, share the constellations with your family.
Also available are 5 public golf courses within 15 minute drive.
Lake Cumberland is an adventurer’s dream, with over 1,200 miles of shoreline and fantastic boating and fishing. Area attractions include horseback riding, Cumberland Falls, Haney’s Appledale farm, Drive-in Theater, Mill Springs Battlefield Park, Big South Fork recreation area and scenic railway, SomerNites Cruise Car Show and SomerSplash Water Park. Located within two hours’ drive are many attractions such as Mammoth Cave, Lexington horse farms, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. In nearby Somerset, KY are located many popular retail stores and restaurants.
This unit subject to tourism taxes and one time cleaning fee $100.00, which includes hot tub fee. Weeks are counted as 6 nights check out on the 7th day.

When we stayed at this cabin we were very pleased. The screened in porch allowed us to relax in the hottub and not worry about insects attacking. There was plenty to do (pool, hottub, games [pool table], marina). There was a mini washer and dryer for convience. The only thing that needs to be of WARNING is that this town is a "moist" town, therefore there was not a place to purchase alcohol unless you went to a restaurant. We had to drive an extra 40miles to find a liquor store. So if you were planning on drinking, byob.

My husband and I stayed at this house right before Valentines Day for our anniversary. It was gorgeous. There is everything you could possibly need there. We had a very relaxing stay and it is very romantic. Very nice hot tub and deck. We rented movies from Red Box at Walmart and cooked at the house. It was a lovely stay and we cannot wait to come back. I left a new hair dryer so if it does not state it has one it does now:) It would also be very nice for kids because they have a lot of kids games, a pool table, and it is right by the pool.

My husband and I and our two little ones stayed at this beautiful house! It was VERY clean and tidy, we had everything we needed for our stay, and we all really enjoyed it. I can't say enough about how nice, comfortable and clean it was! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
