This is an enchanting place to be year round to enjoy the beauty, peace, and the aura of remote Bottle Lake. Our family considers it an amazingly special place located just 30 minutes from Lincoln, 1&1/2 hours from Bangor, 1 hour from the Penobscot River (we love to go there for white-water rafting outings), 1&1/2 hours from Baxter State Park, and 1 hour from New Brunswick, Canada.
- In the summer "chill" to the call of the loons, swimming, picking wild blueberries, fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, canoeing. You will also enjoy water skiing!
- In autumn add "leaf-peeping" and hunting.
- In winter, when the lakes freeze, enjoy ice-fishing and snow-mobiling.
