We check the beach house every week to make sure it is in the best condition possible for our next renters' arrival.
SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL.
This fabulous semi-oceanfront escape is a rare find! Panoramic views of the ocean from anywhere in the great room. Large windows were put across the front and on the sides so there is a view of the ocean from anywhere in the great room and kitchen. Hot tub is on the front deck on the second level. Watch for dolphin while relaxing there.
Sheets with beds made when you arrive and towels are included. New this year with no increase in price.
Relax with a favorite book, enjoy walks on the beach or kick back on the decks and take in the refreshing ocean breezes and all with those amazing views.
Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. Convenient to golf, shopping, great dining and sight-seeing. The refreshing Atlantic Ocean is just steps away. Beach access is almost across the street.
Bring your lap top and keep up with important business and e-mails with the free Wireless Internet Access. Also have hardwire option.
Dunkin Donuts right up the street:-). Also close is putt putt
and a go-cart facility. Food Lion grocery store and Dollar Tree is 1-2 miles away.

Great Vacation! Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in July 2011 Had a great stay. The house was a perfect distance from the beach for our 2 small kids. Dining room table was large enough to play cards with the whole family in the evenings or we could watch the waves from the porch **Copied from other website**

Left on 07/13/2011 for a stay in July 2011 Sundance is located directly across the street from the ocean with easy beach access. The ocean views from the deck and even from inside the home are magnificent. The rental price is very reasonable considering the location, size, and ammenities! The home was very clean upon our arrival with plenty of living space for our party of 8 adults and 3 young children. We loved the hot tub especially after a day of sight seeing on the island. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own bed pillows since the pillows provided are very flat. However, having linens provided and beds made upon our arrival was such a time safer. Thanks for a much enjoyed first time vacation in the OBX. **Copied from other website** Owner comment--several new pillows put in beach house

The entire process was a success from beginning to end. Everything from the rental to the location met the needs of our family. It is convenient to all amenities, eateries and the sand and water. It took us 31 seconds to set foot in the sand from the front door. The rental is extremely spacious and very comfortable. We never felt overcrowded or got in each other way. Everything you would need to live comfortably away from home was provided. The rental is well equipped with all of the necessities for cooking in or grilling. We used list location as a central point to visit 6 colleges in central and eastern NC the entire week. It allowed us to complete our visits in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoons. The week we spent in the OBX was just an overall outstanding experience. This is a rental property that we would highly recommend and will be sure to return to for years to come.

Excellent vacation beach house! This was an excellent beach house centrally located to all the Outer banks destinations. We found Hang Gliding, 4 wheeling jeeps with wild mustangs, Jet sking, lots of tasty resturanunts, and the lost colony play all within a short drive of this house. Wonderful floor plan, very clean and lots of room. Short 1 minute walk across a small road to the beach. Veiws from the two balconies are great. We would rent this one agian on our next OBX trip!

My family loved Sundance!!!! The great room windows going from the sides of the cottage to the front give a panoramic view of the ocean!! Sitting on the porch is just like being on the beach—minus the sand! I can see why so many of the same family groups return year after year!!
