True Ski-in/Ski-Out 3 BR Breckenridge Condo
- Minimum stay:N/A
- Internet:Yes
- Pets allowed:No
- Wheel chair accessible:No
This gorgeous, ski-in/ski-out condo is the perfect place for your family’s next mountain vacation.
The condo is located directly on four o’clock ski run, meaning you can literally ski to your front door. With over 1700 square feet of living space and two levels, you can comfortably sleep up 8 people, with additional room for 2 small children. The master suite and den are located on the upper level, while the guest suite and the bunk bed room (complete with two separate bunk beds) are on the main level.
The kitchen, dining area and family room are incorporated into an open floor plan with 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a brand new gas fireplace. The balcony is adjacent to the family room and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Be sure to watch for our resident moose who has been known to make an appearance in the nearby glen.
The condo complex has a swimming pool as well as brand new indoor and outdoor hot tubs. During the summer of 2010, the complex underwent a face lift and now features all new siding, walkways, and roof. We also installed all new windows to ensure that your views of the mountains and the town is perfect. We are located just four blocks from downtown Breckenridge, which offers plenty of shopping and world class dining.
While Breckenridge is well known as one of the best ski resorts in the country, it also offers endless warm weather activities such as hiking, biking, horseback riding and boating on nearby Lake Dillon.

The condo is very well furnished and in a great location. You can either walk down the stairs or take the elevator and be on 4 o'clock run within minutes! Ski right back to elevator at the end of the day. Molly, the owner is very easy to deal with and sent deposit back promptly. Condo was roomy and everything worked great. This was actually our second year to stay here, we hope to be back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo for 10 days of spring skiing - 4 adults and 2 children. This is our second vacation in this condo, third time in Breckenridge. It is a perfect family condo - not like being in a show house so that you are forever worried about the mess the children might cause - just like being at home - and so much space! Just what you need for a relaxing holiday where the main focus is the skiing. The condo had plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies and an easy to use kitchen with all the facilities we wanted. The views of 4 O'Clock run are great - as are the views out the other side, over Breckenridge. The snow this year was poor - compared to what Breckenridge usually gets - but even so, the resort managed to keep plenty of pistes in realy good condition. And when we wanted some variety we headed off on the 20 / 30 minute drive to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin - very different resorts with plenty of mixed ability skiing. The pool and hot tub were great too - for a spot of relaxation after a hard day on the slopes - and during our second week when the legs were getting tired this was a welcome 30 minutes! The owners have always been extremely accomodating and done special things to make us feel at home. This year we asked if they had an ipod docking station at the condo - they didn't, but by the time we arrived one had been very kindly added. In summary, this is an excellent condo - and we will be back again! Thanks for having us!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family recently stayed at this condo for Spring Break along with another family with a total of 10 people. We had a great stay, the condo is a PERFECT family condo. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury condo, nor is it advertised as such. We felt perfectly comfortable there with excited little boys and never worried that we might damage or break something irreplaceable as we would have felt in a more luxurious condominium. This was a perfect setting for us. It was very spacious, had everything that we needed and more. Plenty of cooking and cleaning supplies and a great view of 4 o'clock Run. The kids loved going down at the end of the day and sledding down 4 O'Clock. The pool and hot tub were great too. We personally liked being on the 3rd floor, as the ceilings were high and made the condo feel very spacious. There are ski racks at the entry from 4 O'Clock Run where you can put your ski's should you not want to carry them up and down the stairs/elevator. The owners were extremely accomodating and made us feel at home. We hope to go again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed here for spring break with a large family group and had a wonderful time. The condo is very spacious with lots of beds and is great for large groups. The condo is exactly as advertised - not a luxury unit but it is a clean, comfortable, and well equipped condo for a family vacation. It is a good value for a large, ski in/out condo in Breck. The location of this condo is fantastic with 4 O'Clock run right below the balcony and an easy ski run down to the Snowflake lift (yes, this is true ski in/out). The kids loved sledding on 4 O'Clock after the ski day was over (sleds included with condo). The indoor pool in the building is great for the kids for days when they aren't skiing and the building has a great outdoor hot tub right next to the ski slope. The owners were easy to work with. We would recommend to friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Cozy Condo not a True Ski-out

Condo was very spacious and clean, and met all our needs although kitchen needs new cupboards and appliances. Condo description says "literally ski to your front door". This is not really true. You ski between two buildings, take an elevator or steps up to third floor then walk along an outside balcony to the 5th condo. We also don't consider this a "true" ski-out either, as you have to take your skies off and walk across the street and up the small hill to get to the Snowflake chairlift. It's not extremely inconvenient, but I think renters need to know this if they are looking for a "true" ski-in/ski-out, as we were.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you Karie for your review of our property. We're sorry you were expecting to ski directly to our door, but as we are located on the third floor, that is not possible. Being on the top floor affords us the vaulted ceilings and panoramic views not shared by the units on the lower floors. Our condo complex borders four o'clock ski run. Once you walk down the stairs, you strap on your skis and ski down to Snow Flake lift. Upon returning to our unit, you simply ski directly to our condo building and either walk up the stairs or take the elevator to our unit. It is, in fact, ski in/ski out. As for the kitchen, as you can see from the photos, it has not been completely remodeled. It is, however, completely functional and we take pride in leaving it clean and fully stocked. You will find spices, paper products, cleaning supplies and other products that will save you time and money. If you have special requests, we will also do our best to honor those. We are confident that all of our renters will have a wonderful ski vacation in beautiful Breckenridge.
