Our condominium is located in one of the most beautiful settings in the heart of the world famous Cancun Hotel Zone convenient to everything this wonderful city has to offer - restaurants, shopping, golf, night clubs, water sports, and more.
Punta Cancun maintains three swimming pools (including an infinity pool and a lap pool with built in lounge chairs and a waterfall), hot tub, spa, gymnasium, and a play area for children on exquisitely manicured grounds.
Our spacious (2300+ sq. ft.) beachfront condominium has a private terrace, marble floors, is fully air conditioned, has a 25' x 23' living/dining area with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the crystal clear turquoise water of the Caribbean.
The large, fully equipped, "eat-in" kitchen has granite counters, microwave, full size gas stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and food processer. There is also a full size clothes washer and a full size clothes dryer in the unit.
Each bedroom has a king size bed. The king bed in the second bedroom can be converted to two twin beds if requested. The master bedroom provides spectacular ocean views through floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has views of the lighthouse at "Punta Cancun" and the ocean and beach looking south. Each bedroom has a private, full bathroom.
There is a 37" LCD TV with international cable access in the living room, a 32" LCD TV with cable access in the master bedroom, and a 20" TV also with cable access in the second bedroom.
Security for the complex is provided twenty four hours per day and there is reserved parking space for two cars in the underground garage. Two elevators serve all floors in our building.
Whether you spend your visit touring the several Mayan ruins in the area, golfing at one of the courses in Cancun or along the coast, shopping at one of the many malls, scuba diving or snorkeling in the beautiful, warm, ocean waters or just relaxing in the sun by one of the swimming pools we know that you will have one of your best vacations ever.

An amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve rental dates
Full payment of the balance due plus a damage deposit of $250.00 must be received
no later than thirty (30) days prior to check in. The damage deposit will be
returned within three business days after check out if there has been no damasge
to the unit or contents therein. All charges and fees are included in the rental
price quoted. ***A FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM stay is required.***
