Location: Fennville, Southwest, Michigan, USA (1 Mi East of Lake Michigan, 5 Mi South of Saugatuck)

Accommodations:  Cabin, 5 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 9)

Acclaimed as one of the most beautiful woods in Allegan County and the village site of Native Americans many years past, The Red Spirit Retreat embraces the peaceful, quiet solitude of simpler times—a place where songbirds, deer, wild turkey and other wildlife still traverse this land.

Nestled in the cleared center of the 20 acre woods, the cabin has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room/dining room, kitchen and 2 decks. Two campsites with fire pits are close to the cabin—fun places to roast marshmallows and tell stories under the stars.

This clean, cozy home is just one mile away from Lake Michigan, beaches and parks. Popular attractions are the Allegan Wildlife Preserve, Fenn Valley Vineyards, the Kal-Haven bike trail, canoe and jet ski rentals, resort shops and fine restaurants in Saugatuck and South Haven.

Relax, have fun and then return home with fresh, u-pick vegetables and colorful summer gladiolas at wholesale prices from our nearby produce farm.

The Red Spirit Retreat gifts you with country hospitality, including listings of places to visit and things to do and welcomes you to renew your spirit.

Rental May-October
$150 per night, 2 night minimum. Must be 25 to rent. No smoking. No hunters.

Accommodations can be made for larger groups. Please call Karen to discuss.

Additional fees: $500 refundable damage deposit. 6% Michigan sales tax. $50 per pet with $50 refundable damage deposit. $75 cleaning fee.

Facilities include:
5 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed
12’ x 12’ Outdoor screen tent
Towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets and bathroom supplies
Kitchen towels, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender etc.
Gas & charcoal grill
Ceiling and room fans
TV, VCR, DVD and radio/cassette/CD player
Ironing board and iron, clothesline
Hammock
Screened porch with seating

Rental Policies:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates.
Two months before your check-in date, the remaining balance of rental rate, 6% Michigan sales tax, $75 cleaning fee and $500 refundable damage deposit is due. If pets, $50 per pet plus $50 refundable damage deposit is due, also.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel before your pay-in-full date, you may receive all of your deposit back, minus a $50 office fee. If you cancel after the two month pay-in-full date, no refund will be issued unless we can rent it during your reserved week for the full rental amount.

Any damages found upon departure will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify the management as soon as possible if any damages do occur.
