The first floor contains two bedrooms and a bath. One bedroom includes a bunk bed with two twins and a TV/DVD unit. The other bedroom contains a full bed. The third floor master bed and bath provide spectacular views of the Collegiate Peaks and Sangre de Christo Mountains. A futon in the main living area also converts to a bed.
