Located in the wonderful community of The Oasis Country Club in Palm Desert, CA. The Oasis Country Club is located only 15 minutes away from the Plam Springs International Airport and minutes away from the world famous El Paseo in Palm Desert. This lake front and golf course unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers all the resort amenities you may expect.
Our golf course home has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, raised panel doors, and a warm fireplace with a tile surround. The living room has a large TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a large closet.
The kitchen includes a breakfast counter with seating, a gas cook top and self cleaning oven and has all the amenities you will need to prepare any gourmet meal. In addition to a complete kitchen we also offer a full size washer and dryer, cable TV and internet.
Enjoy your morning coffee an afternoon cocktail on the patio overlooking one of the many lakes in the club and the wonderful golf course. The patio has a gas BBQ grill ,dining table with seating for four and two lounge chairs. The home also has a private landscaped and gated (buzz in your guests) front entry courtyard.
The resort amenities continues in the country club with an executive 18 hole golf course, 18 pools and spas, 3 tennis courts all watched over by a 24 hour manned guard gate. The Oasis golf course features 3,489 yards of golf. The course rating is 56.2 and it has a slope rating of 92 on Bermuda grass.
Our house is minutes away from Indian Wells, LaQuinta, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs where you will find the EL Paseo shopping district (The Rodeo Drive of The Desert), the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, College of The Desert, McCallum Theatre and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway along with countless other activities.

Stayed here for 2 wks at the end of Oct/11. It's a great condo with everything that anyone would need. Lovely large master bedroom with a perfect ensuit bathroom. Kitchen is very well-equiped. Outside has a comfortable patio facing the 16th fairway and in front is a lake with 2 fountains. This an enjoyable, comfortable condo. Tom, the owner, was very helpful when one small thing went wrong.
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
