Wonderful house. We had a terrific time. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, lots of windows, yard, pool access. Great, roomy kitchen. Quiet street, far enough from neighbors. If you're looking to stay north of Kona in a house, this is an excellent choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed the island. The house needs some maintenance such as the satelight working, fans in the bedroom functioning without worry of flight, and a rock hard King bed. It is a beautiful house.
Owner response:The comfort and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, management did not get notice of these issues until it was too late to resolve them during this Jenifer's stay. The owner had just spent time at the house right before the guest arrived and the cable tv was working fine at the time. We will replace that cable box ASAP. We are also purchasing a new mattress for the king bed and our handyman will repair any problems with the fan. As Jenifer said, it is a beautiful house, and we want to keep it in the best condition possible.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the music... We enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking at Kealakekua Bay. We found several nice spots to snorkel. We also had a lovely beach wedding.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything is tasteful and well- stocked; we especially appreciated the spices. We had a great time here. Lovely and comfortable home.

Beautiful, spacious, accommodating home! We were perfectly comfortable here. OUr 6 and 3 year old children wer happy, had room to play, outdoor space & PBS to watch - goes a long way towards an enjoyable vacation! Love the proximity to Waikoloa beaches and Waimea town. Mahalo! We will come again!

This house is wonderful and Hawaii is beautiful. I'm 17 and it is the greatest experience of my life! I also enjoyed your 500 channel TV! I love the house and enjoyed myself very much! Aloha!

We love this island with its diversity. Wonderful snorkeling. We have seen more turtles than ever. We liked the Place of Refuge. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed some great dinners and lively conversations in this big room. We are off to the other side of the island for a few days. Aloha!

We had really a great time here. Big Island gave us a lot! Mountains, Ocean, Clear Sky, and etc.! And the most impressive thing for us was "Swimming with Dolphin". I promise you will have a wonderful time with Dolphin. Thanks Alaua Hale! Thanks Big Island! Mahalo!

This house is amazing! It is truly a home away from home. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the beach chairs and boogey board. Even the next door neighbors were friendly and helpful. Steve and his staff were very professional and helpful throughout the booking process. My family and I had so much fun, and definitely would recommend this house to anyone planning a trip the Big Island. Mahalo!!!

The house was wonderful...spacious and functional with an awesome master suite and bath and tranquil view of the Kona/Kohala coast. Loved the Koa kitchen too. Property manager (Steve) and crew were also great. Terrific placed from which to stage day hikes to secluded beaches. Thanks for the great weather too!

Excellent stay in Big Island!! We enjoyed Volcano, HIlo, Hawaiian dance dinner, Hilton, King's Shops, Mauna Kea Beach Kona coffee, Kamehameha and a lot. We will come back very soon. Mahalo!

We had a great time in this beautiful house! After a week of Hilo we enjoyed exploring the west coast of Hawaii from this perfect location. When we went to A-Bay we actually swam with the sea turtles.... a memory of a lifetime. Mahalo!

The family thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing home. We enjoyed Bubba Burgers and Bubba Gumps as well as shopping on Alii Drive in Kona and golfing at Mauna Lani. Swimming with the turtles off of Alii St was awesome! Thanks!
