The Purple Parrot Resort is far from your ordinary high rise crowded accommodation. This unit is privately owned and you can be assured that you will be checking into a clean, well equipped villa that will make you want to come back again and again. Furnished right down to the silverware, all you need to bring is your toothbrush and bathing suit!
Our unit is an upstairs unit, (low noise) with a front balcony for that early morning cup of coffee. We live just 10 minutes away so if anything is needed, all you need to do is call as we want your vacation to be as pleasant as it can be. I managed over 180 rental units on Perdido Key until Ivan hit in 2004 and this is the only one I now manage. (or own)
The unit sleeps 4 as it has a new queen bed in the bedroom and a full fold out futon that works well in the living room and is easily folded back to the closet when not in use.
Please call us as I do not like to be undersold and work with odd date rentals at a great rate when ever possible. I rented this unit weekly two years ago with never a complaint and many, many requests to return.

We just spent two nights at this condo and loved everything about it! The condo is equipped with everything we needed, and was very clean and neat. What a great thing it is to have a washer/dryer at your disposal, and a full sized kitchen! The amenities at the Purple Parrot are the best I've seen in Pensacola. The outdoor pool is super-huge with a brilliant waterfall and the indoor pool is fabulous when you just want to swim. There are workout facilities also. The TIKI bar at the outside pool offered affordable refreshments and had live entertainment both Friday and Saturday night, which was great. Next time we go to Pensacola, this Purple Parrot condo will be our first choice for a place to stay!

This is a wonderful resort. My favorite place is under the waterfall at the pool. Bill's condo is great and Bill is very nice to work with. This is so much more than any hotel room for less money. We can't wait to visit again in this condo at the Purple Parrot. Also, the beach and water were beautiful.

We just got back from Perdido Key and had a wonderful time in Mr. Leib's condo. It was perfect for our family of 3!! It was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and just perfect for our son. I would this place to anyone!!
