This unit boasts granite counter tops and new cabinets in both the kitchen and the bath, stainless steel appliances, and new sinks and fixtures. The furnishings are lush, including a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
This studio sits on the 4th floor of Beachside II and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, unforgettable sunsets, and convenient access to the beach.
Within Sandestin's 2400 acres you will find activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, biking, fishing, and kid friendly activities, there is certainly something for everyone. And while you are here, be sure and visit The heart of Sandestin, The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
The Village features more than two dozen shops, stunning boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. There are nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn.

Should you decide you want the unit, we require $45 processing fee which includes an accidental protection plan.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October and the condo was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. You can't beat waking up to that view from your bed and its even better from the balcony!! We will def be back. The owners were great to work with too!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Stayed 4/16 - 4/20/09; quick get away with 2 boys; place was perfect for a short stay; was nice and clean; bed was comfortable; probably too small with our boys if we had stayed for a week.
