Don't let the term "Studio" fool you. This spacious unit is well equipped, and has been completely renovated with modern upgrades and appointments. This unit boasts granite counter tops and new cabinets in both the kitchen and the bath, stainless steel appliances, and new sinks and fixtures. The furnishings are lush, including a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
This studio sits on the 4th floor of Beachside II and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, unforgettable sunsets, and convenient access to the beach.
Within Sandestin's 2400 acres you will find activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, biking, fishing, and kid friendly activities including Kid Zone and Children's Evening Out, there is certainly something for everyone. And while you are here, be sure and visit The heart of Sandestin, The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
The Village features more than two dozen shops, stunning boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. There are nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn.
FINANCIAL INFO: Pricing is current for 2009. Additional fees include 11% Florida tax and cleaning fee of $65. We also require a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable if there is no damage to the unit. We accept personal checks and money orders, sorry no credit cards.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
