Our unit is the "FIVE STAR" condo in this building complex. Premier front & center ocean view located on the third floor. The condo is specifically designed as an adult only unit. Children over the age of 12 are okay.

Paki Maui #321 is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe condo located on the North Kaanapali coast. The unit features state of the art ceiling fans in every room. This is our alternative for air conditioning. The living area is large and luxurious with a state of the art entertainment center, including 37" flat screen TV, DVD player, and a CD/Stereo IPod port. Your unit also includes complimentary in room WIRELESS internet to use on your stay. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! This unit has a direct center oceanfront view from both the living room lanai, and also the master bedroom lanai.
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the BBQ's at poolside. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also seating at the bar side counter.
The fabulous Master Bedroom is a repeat of our unit #124 layout. It comes complete with a California king size bed, private bathroom, powder room, spacious closet and private lanai. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling with a roomy glass enclosed shower. The powder room is equipped with an overhead ceiling fan, fantastic lighting and plenty of mirrors. Store your clothing and suitcases behind the "Wall of Mirrors" which features built-in drawers and shelves. We also have installed a "IN ROOM SAFE" for your use. Take a coffee break or Mai Tai break on the Master Bedroom's private lanai.
The large Second bedroom has a queen bed and night table, ceiling fan, and desk area. Also the closet is built out with hidden drawers and shelves for your personal items. Directly off the large 2nd bedroom is the built-in WASHER/DRYER for your personal use and a full size second bathroom, slightly smaller replica of the great master bath. It too has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure.
The Paki Maui property sits amidst lush tropical landscaping and surrounds a beautiful Koi pond with a gentle waterfall. Enjoy your day in the ocean only steps away or relax around the poolside and jet spa or snorkel down the beach. Shops, restaurants, a farmers market, and cafe's are only a few blocks away. And if you are a golfer, you are only a short drive away from 3 world class golf courses. Come and relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!

Bonnie's condo exceeded our expectations. This was our first VRBO rental and I can share that Bonnie was great to deal with, the condo was as pictured and we truly enjoyed our experience. The condo was clean, well-appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Awesome property, especially the oceanfront lanais where we watched sea turtles and whales in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The building and grounds are well maintained, quiet and there was good parking. A short walk to the farmer's market, shops and to a larger market. The area felt very safe. Four of us, two adults, one senior and one teenager all share the same positive opinion. Mahalo Bonnie.

The pictures don't do this awesome condo justice! Modern furnishings, large unit with great privacy, tranquil atmosphere, perfect location. Super helpful local contact, who specially arranged a roasting pan that we could cook a delicious Christmas turkey (Thanks, Amy!). We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The unit is right on the ocean with a great grassy area for relaxing, which is absolutely spectacular, but the waves can be noisy at night - solved by sleeping with the fans on and doors closed (there is also AC which we didn't find necessary to use). The condo complex is quieter than most hotels/vacation condos due to the high number of owners - definitely a plus to not have people moving in and out in a constant stream over our stay. The reef in front of the condo is a great place for snorkelling, and the adjacent beach and natural pools provide a protected area for young children to wade. A wonderful experience overall. We'll be back!

This unit is very spacious (feels more like a large apartment than a rental unit). It is tastefully decorated, and looks directly at the ocean. The Paki Maui sits closer to the ocean than some of the other properties do, so ocean-front literally means your balcony is right at the ocean's edge. Snorkeling was great right in front of the property as there are a couple of rocky reefs to explore. We saw turtles every day. Everyone was very friendly (Paki Maui staff and other guests). I will book this unit again if I return to Maui.

We have stayed at this property for the past two years for 3 weeks each and have had a great time. This condo has been recently upgraded with tile floors throughout, granite countertops with a fully-equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a view that is beyond words. It is the perfect location for snorkeling, swimming or just enjoying some quiet time by the water. But there are also many wonderful activities nearby. Last time, we went on the Zipline Adventure at Kapalua. We have also been to Lahina Luau, went out whale-watching and enjoyed the show at Warren & Annabelle's. We have recommended this property to our friends and family and plan to return next year.

This condo was everything we wanted and much more . It was clean and well equiped with everything you may need . Our family loved the great view from the balcony and enjoyed watching giant turtles and whales .The nearby farmers market and fish market was amazing . We had taken our lap top and only once had no internet access . We definitely will ba back to visit Paki Maui .

We stayed at Bonnie's condo for Christmas holiday 2009 and everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated. (and as a designer myself- i am very selective). The view is front and center ocean front only a few steps to the ocean. We could see whales and turtles every day. The kitchen is 5 star with everything anyone would need. The condo itself is close to the farmers market, great restaurants, etc. i can't wait to go back in february 2012. Thanks bonnie for making this such a great christmas.

I'm am very sorry that it has taken me a while to review my experiance staying at Bonnie's property. My visit was in April to celebrate my 40th bday! My brother and his then pregnant wife stayed in the master suite and my best friend and were in the second bedroom. Bonnie really thought of everything you might need for a comfortable, seemless stay. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and never lacked for the appropriate cookware etc.. Plenty of fluffy towels, the convienence of a washer/dryer in the condo. fantastic view of the ocean with the lulling sounds of the waves to ensure a good nights sleep. The interior is modern, CLEAN, and comfy. The only two small hitches were these: The shower in the guest bathroom had weak pressure and it took a while to rinse out shampoo and conditioner in our hair. The other being, my brother was not able to get wireless in the condo. The reception was spotty and needed to go to either the front desk area or swimming pool to go online successfully. I would definetly go back for another visit and whole heartedly reccommend renting from Bonnie! We had such a great time! Mahalo!!!
