Pool and hot tub within 100 feet. 1,350 square feet of space to spread out in or relax on the screened in porch. Just off route 501 and only 8-minutes to the beach. Very clean bathrooms with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. On a golf course to watch the game on hole #2. Convenient to all attractions, and town shopping. Around 100 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Why the Owner Chose River Oaks
We purchased this property because of the location. It is peaceful it's very rentable, and quiet on the golf course.
We did not want in the noisier down town, were there is always something going on. It's very serine on The River Oaks Golf Plantation hole #2.It's on the inland side of the waterway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This property is located within 8 minutes of the beach for the children. Within very close shopping distance for the women and glen and I can find alot of golfing within fifteen minutes.
There is over 1,000 Restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area and Glen's favorite meal is "Eating out"
