The Condo you're interested in is a 1,350 Sqare Foot two or three bedroom unit. A well maintained home that is professionally cleaned, two full baths with a swing king in the master bedroom. This is great for golfing groups. We have a screened in patio to catch the evening breeze and watch the golf games on the green, for your enjoyment. Also a TV in all bedrooms and livingroom hooked to the cable system. Clean linens and towels are provided and a washer / dryer is in the unit for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels along with you. Please do not remove our towels from the condo.Pool and Hot tub on premises.
There are two charcoal grills one beside the condo and one beside the pool and picnic tables area. We are located on a three nine hole golf course for you to pick your 9, 18, or 27 hole game. The Huntington Beach State Park 2,500 acres is just 17 miles down Route 17 Bypass and it has clean rest rooms and picnic tables only $5 adults and $3 children. It has 3 miles of beach WOW.
There is over 1,000 restaraunts to satisfy any appetite and the golf courses are in prime shape this year. Deep sea fishing and boating are also available.

Why the Owner Chose River Oaks
We purchased this property because of the location. It is peaseful it's very rentable, and quiet on the golf course.
We did not want in the noisier down town, were there is always something going on. It's very serine on The River Oaks Golf Plantation hole #2.It's on the inland side of the waterway.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This property is located within 8 minutes of the beach for the childern. Within very close shopping distance for the women and glen and I can find alot of golfing within fifteen minutes.
There is over 1,000 Restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area and Glen's favorite meal is "Eating out"
