Less than 200 feet from the front of the condo complex to the gated sand dune walkover to the beach allows for a casual stroll before dinner or a full day of lounging on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience.
This 4th floor "penthouse" condominium is exceptionally well cared for. It offers king size bed in master, queen size in 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in living room. Complex totals 60 units and is conveniently located near family attractions highlighted in the next paragraph.
You have excellent restaurants located within walking distance. You're located 2 miles from Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and the unique shops of Sandestin for the ladies, close to charter fishing and golf courses for the guys, Big Kahuna's Water Park and Track Amusement Park for the kids, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Destin. The restaurants in the area provide excellent opportunity for most any food you'd desire.

Jan was very easy to work with and eager to help in any way that she could. She answered every question I asked. The condo was one of the nicest (especially for the price) that we have stayed in. The place looked brand new. The kitchen has everything that you need (we always bring stuff just in case, but we ended up not having to use it.) The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I will be sure to recommend this place to family and friends.

Just return from a week stay at the condo and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Before picking Jan and Davis's condo, I search around for other. One reason we picked this condo was because of Jan's prompt replies to all my emails as well as the closeness to the beach. Nothing is better than knowing you are being treated professionally and Jan was a great example. Condo was beautiful as pictured. If we ever come back again, I would definitely stay here again and recommend the condo to anyone. BTW, my little girls loved the beach toys and body boards that were provided. They had a great time.

I recently stayed at this condo on a girls trip & it was a blast! It was the first time in Destin for all of us & we had so much fun. The condo is amazing! The beach access is by far one of the best! Jan Davis is the owner & she was so helpful with everything. She always responded to any email I had right away. She was so friendly with everything. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Thanks Jan for a wonderful stay at your condo. The furnishings and accommodations were exactly as described. Everything was perfect for our family. The quick trip across the street to the beach was especially handy since we spent alot of time there (no tar balls or oil slicks anywhere!) In addition to the lovely furnishings we found your place especially quiet, no kids running around or screaming. The pool was also enjoyable and very clean at all times. It was pure joy for us to be able to relax and enjoy the comforts your condo provided! Thank you again! We will come back again!

This is a very well kept & clean condo. Located just a few short steps from the beach and a short drive to all the great dining Destin has to offer. I enjoyed staying here very much and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The condo was very lovely and comfortable with a great location. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beach and water were beautiful and only a short walk from the condo.
