Close by are many great places for snorkeling, diving, fishing including world famous Looe Key Reef. We have access to both The Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico for great fishing. Only miles to Bahia Honda State Park and Fort Zachary Taylor Park. Both of these attractions draw people from all over the world. Each has a wonderful concession stand which makes them great for an all day trip. Many restaurants, shopping and a variety of night life only 15 miles away at Key West.

Imagine a tropical getaway with cathedral ceilings, beautiful designed touches, spacious and sparkling clean. As you enter you will love the open feeling of the great room with comfortable dining, full equipped kitchen, lovely living room with queen pullout sofa, high speed internet access, and a nice big flat screen TV with lots of channels! The walls are adorned with fantastic local art. And, of course, central air. Floors are ceramic tile.
The master bedroom has a queen bed adorned with high quality cotton sheets. Lay in the big comfortable bed and look at the beautiful view of the water and canal. PLUS you have a full-size master bathroom with tub/shower combination, vanity sink, toilet, and linen closet. And, do not forget the thick, luxurious towels we provide!
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a nice flat screen TV/DVD combo so you can watch movies or play music CDs. Hook ups for video games to keep the kids happy! This bedroom also boasts its own full-size bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
Our manufactured home is located in Venture Out Resort and we have SO many amenities. Lighted tennis courts, Olympic–sized heated pool, kiddie pool, spa Jacuzzi, basketball, children’s playground, pool table, dart room, MARINA complete with gas and store, boat trailer parking onsite, open water picnic areas, tiki hut, lending library, post office, and MORE — ALL IN A GATED COMMUNITY where you can feel safe and secure.
During season there are pancake breakfasts every Saturday morning for only $3.50 — all you can eat! Fridays offer fun events and happy hour. And, you will enjoy all of the friendly people who live and visit here.
Two bikes and a 2 person KAYAK are provided for your pleasure at no extra charge.

Bring your boat — no charge for putting in at our Venture Out Marina. (Extra car and trailer parking is a daily charge by the park.) It is also a fabulous spot for KAYAKS. You can swim or fish from our 35’ Canal Front Bulkhead. And, we have a great big TIKI Hut on the open water where picnicking is perfect!
KEY WEST is a twenty minute drive down US Route 1. Experience the fabulous SUNSET CELEBRATION every night at Mallory Square. Take a sail to the Dry Tortugas. And DANCE the night away at Hog’s Breath and Sloppy Joe’s Visit the Southernmost House and all of its historical splendor. Or walk the trail of Hemingway — down famous Duval Street. So much to do — right down the road.
Within five minutes we have great restaurants, tackle shops, bait shops and dive shops. The Marina Store stocks necessities.

Cancellation Policy - 30 days= full refund. 29 to 14 days=$250 charge.

We stayed in your lovely home for the first time this past week - had a great time even though the weather didn't cooperate. Your home is clean, comfortable and a home away from home - you've thought of everything! I would definitely recommend it to others. We have older children and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and we got good use out of the board games supplied with the rainy weather! Thanks!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a week at this great little vacation home in Venture Out. It was our 6th spring break in The Keys, but our first at Venture Out, and we would definitely rent it again. The owners have thought of everything that makes vacationing easy and hassle free, from the booking process all the way to checking out. The canal front location allowed us to easily rent a boat for fishing and snorkeling. The community is great for kids with the tennis, basketball, and pool. And everything is within easy walking or biking distance.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
