This beautiful, luxurious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath condo has direct beach access via its own private patio with spiral stair case to ground floor. Once on the beach you can walk 200 feet to the world famous Flora-Bama lounge for a cool refreshing adult beverage.
This million dollar plus condo has furnishings to die for as you enjoy your vacation at the beach with all the comforts of home. Enjoy sitting on the spacious wrap around balcony in our cypress Adirondack chairs viewing the gulf & spectacular sandy white beaches.
The master bedroom has oceanfront view and is quite spacious with a sitting area that virtually hangs over the ocean with a floor to ceiling window view. It has a wonderful master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a Swiss steam shower, a large walk-in closet and separate toilet area.
Our second master bedroom has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper.
A Third bedroom has a queen size bed.
And the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 twin bunks.
Each bedroom has a full bath, televisions and DVD players.
The main living room is huge with plenty of room for everyone. There is a large dining area that seats 6 comfortably and another smaller dining area adjacent that seats 4. There are also two bar height counters with two bar stools at each.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for those wishing to dine in. The appliances are stainless steel including a double-sided Sub Zero refrigerator, microwave, double dish washer, double ovens with rotisserie in one and convection in the other. We have a separate wet bar with ice machine and a wine cooler for both red and white wines.
One of the coolest features at Mediterranean is the ease of getting to and from the unit. Ground floor elevators deliver you safely and directly to our unit where you can unload your luggage, beach wares and sandy shoes right into your own private entry room of your unit.
The ground floor of Mediterranean offers a large meeting room with a full kitchen, including tables and chairs. A weight room with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, sauna and showers is also available. A parlor has wireless network for your convenience plus an 8 ft pool table.
The swimming pool is indoor-outdoor so you can enjoy it year-round.
Hang a right leaving the condo and you are 20 minutes from Pensacola and the Naval Aviation Museum on Blue Angel Parkway…a must to see. Hang a left and it’s on to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Tanger Shopping Outlets in Foley… Fun, Fun, Fun.
