We offer an extremely comfortable mountain cabin experience for you and your family. Our location, only steps from the Sol Vista Basin Ski Run, brings ease and accessibility, and make pit stops home a breeze. Sol Vista ski area offers a total family package with skiing, a top-notch ski school, sledding, snow-tubing, night skiing and more. Winter Park ski area is just a 15 minute drive for those who prefer a bigger more diverse mountain experience.
After your day of adventures, you can head to Hot Sulphur Springs for a relaxing soak in their many natural hot tubs. Then waltz into your cabin with a cozy 2-sided fireplace to keep you warm. The adults can enjoy Apres Ski in our generous vaulted living space while the kids can be downstairs in their very own playroom.
Make dinner in our full-size kitchen complete with every amenity from stainless appliances, to granite counter tops, two complete sets of dishes, crockpot and wooden salad bowls. Grill on the back deck while watching the sun set over the mountains and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Continental Divide. Late nights may find you playing a plethora of games left for you, watching our flat screen TV complete with surround sound or just catching up by the fire on our comfortable sectional.
Our 2,800 square foot home provides you with 2 bedrooms upstairs with a loft/reading area and full bath, 2 bedrooms on the garden level just off the playroom with a second full bath, and a generous main floor master. Our laundry room is available for your use as well as a large locked ski closet for your gear.

An absolutely perfect spot for our family! We had four skiers aged five and under and they had a blast. The two older children and the parents and grandparents enjoyed it as well. The cabin is lovely! We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this one was by far the best furnished, equipped and most comfortable. The outdoor heated ski locker was amazing and made things so much easier for the person in charge of equipment, apparel, etc. - me!) The owner's hospitality and attention to detail was really remarkable. Everyone was so sad to leave that we had to promise to return next year! Thanks again for a memorable time! NOTE: Just wanted to add that the staff at the Sol Vista ski area were fabulous. Very helpful, very polite, and unfailingly patient with the children. Would definitely recommend the ski school for the little ones.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. This is our third year to visit Sol Vista but hands down this has been the best. Next year we hope to stay here again. The hospitality the Baker family has provided has been unbeatable. This is a beautiful & cozy place. I hate we have to leave but East Texas is missing us. Thanks again.
