If you love Sea Pines and Habour Town, you will not find a better Villa. The entire Villa has been remodeled, all three baths have been completely redone. New exterior paint and new privacy fences and new roofs. Inside we have just completed a major remodel that includes new furniture, floors, carpet, paint, kitchen, appliances, doors, moldings and ceiling fans. With 1600 Sq.Ft., these units are some of the largest in Sea Pines. We have keyless entry, so no more keys to keep up with. You can go directly to the Villa without checking-in.

Our Heritage Villa is an end unit that is just steps away out the back door to the very large swimming pool. You have a limited view of the famous Harbour Town Links golf course, and are no more than a 7 minute walk to famous Harbour Town with it's Lighthouse. We are located on the Sea Pines lighted bike trails, which are over 20 miles in length, they can take you anywhere in Sea Pines and virtually anywhere on the Island. We are also located on the Sea Pines Trolley system, which will take you to the Beach or other areas of Sea Pines at no charge stops at the entrance of our complex.(Trolley operates in summer months only)
Our Villa features two bedrooms, both with full baths upstairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. We have PREMIUM linens and PREMIUM amenities. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a very large closet and a 37" flat screen HDTV with over 130 channels and DVD Player. The quest bedroom has two twin size beds, large closet, 32" Flat Screen TV and DVD Player.
Downstairs in the living room is a new 46" flat screen HDTV with over 130 channels with DVD player, and all new furniture.

The completely remodeled kitchen has all new cabinets, appliances, a small TV. We have wireless internet, PREMIUM linens, A week's supply of amenities and one of the largest pools in Sea Pines.

The very large patio is very private with a new table and chairs and a new Weber charcoal grill for you enjoyment. The sun is on this area for a short time in the morning.
Our cleaning company is the Harbour Town Yacht club staff, and they are the best on the Island. You will not find a cleaner property anywhere.

Best pizza I have every eaten, we always eat here on every visit. They also have a lot more on the menu. They also deliver to your door.
Adjacent to the Shops at Harbour town is a very large playground for children of all ages.
Gregg Russell performs under the Harbour Town oak tree nightly during the summer months. A must see for everyone. He has be here for 25 years.

Stayed here month of January 2012. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated town home in upscale, quiet location. Kitchen the best equipped of any rental we've used and we've rented condos, town homes and houses in many U.S. and international locations. Recommended restaurants: Plantation, Skillets, Hilton Head Diner and Stack's for breakfast; Crazy Crab for lunch; Alligator Grill, Marley's, Truffles, New York City Pizza, Patty's Pig 'n Pit and Old Oyster Factory for dinner (the latter open only for dinner). Not recommended: It's Greek to Me (bland food) and Reilly's Bar and Grill (uncomfortably noisy and so-so food). Publix supermarket just outside Sea Pines gate.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented from top two companies over past 18 years but found this unit to be better maintained. It is furnished nicely and very spacious. Keyless entry is another plus. The location is great for tennis, harbor, beach, and riding bikes. We are already looking forward to our next trip to HHI.

My family and I stayed in your Villa and we loved it so much we will be calling you to book again next year. Your Villa was everything the VRBO listing said and much more, we loved the location, it is the absolute best place in the complex to be, very private and very quiet. The upgraded decor, size of the Villa, and the amenity package your offer made it very confortable for all of us. My dad loved the HD televisons, never seen this before in a rental Villa. We also liked the area in the front where you could easily store our 4 bikes out of sight. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great place to stay in Sea Pine.

This was our 7th stay in HHI/Sea Pines and our 3rd stay in a Heritage Villas property and this unit was the best by far. The location in the development was just perfect; an end unit which gets more light, and close to the pool, but as an interior unit, secluded from street & golf course noise. (Caution to those who want a unit that backs up the course - they start mowing really early in the morning - we learned that on a previous stay in a different unit.) The unit was very clean and everything was in great shape. The owners were very responsive during the entire process, extremely professional, but very helpful. The development is a short walk to Harbor Town & its restaurants & shops (don't miss the sunset) and Harbor Town Links. Sea Pines Beach Club is a 10 minute bike ride - bike rental is a must! We hated to come home and can't wait to return. Thanks for providing a super home away from home.

We were very happy with our stay. This is our second time to Hilton Head and we really enjoyed staying in Sea Pines. The condo is in a great location and we walked/biked to Harbour Town everyday. The pool is nice and just a short walk out the back door. The condo was clean and the property is very well-maintained. We also enjoyed the playground, the bakery, the beach and visiting the lighthouse. Thank you...no complaints!

I just stayed at this Villa with my best friend, we were on the Island for a wedding of one of our best friends. I have been to Hilton Head many times, but my friend had never been. I usually stay in a Heritage Villa because of the location. It is convenient to just about everything inside Sea Pines and is in a very quiet well maintained complex. In fact it looked like they had just been remodeled on the exterior. I usually don't review properties that I stay because I usually have some negative comments. This time there are none, the Villa is spotless, well equiped, very well furnished, quiet and in the best possible location in the complex. Very private and close to a wonderful pool. If you are looking for the perfect Heritage Villa inside Sea Pines, there is no need to look any further. I will be returning with my family later this year and will reserver again for next summer.

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary on HHI. Several family members rented various condos at Heritage Villas (we were within 2 minutes walking distance). Many people commented that while all the condos were nice, I ended up with the one that was better equipped, much more comfortable and a true "home away from home". Everything was so easy - working with the owner who answered all my questions and who provided me with exactly what I needed to know and have to make my vacation the best! When we go back, I won't have to do lengthy research like I did the first time to find a high quality condo with all the necessary amenities - this condo exceeded every expectation I had.

This was our third visit to this property and it just gets better each time. The owner is great to work with and sends us very informative information for each stay. The Villa has been upgraded each time we have been there, as of this last visit, I don't know much of anything that is left. The Villa is spotless, the best amenities I have seen anywhere, and the beds and linens are as good as a 5 star hotel. If you are lucky enough to get this Villa, you will be more than happy with it's overall condition, it's location, and the way it is equiped. I highly reccomend this property to anyone that wants to have a great Villa to stay in while on Hilton Head.

We have rented property on HHI for many years, and have always used a rental company on Hilton Head in the past. This year we decided to try HomeAway and did we hit a home run. The Villa is better than the pictures. Don was so easy to work with, he made it painless. The keyless entry was great, we have 2 teenagers with us, and there was no worry about keeping up with keys. The Villa is beautiful, one of the most confortable beds I have every slept in. It was extemely clean, well equiped and the location is perfect for all that Sea Pines has to offer. Bike trails just outside your door, you can walk to golf or Harbour Town. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix several meals, and there is a gas and charcoal grill on the very private patio. The entrance to the swimming pool is a 30 second walk from the back doors. We have aleady booked this property for next year, and can't wait to go back. M. Fox
