Our unit has recently undergone a complete remodel of the outside as well as the inside. New exterior paint and new privacy fences and new roofs. Inside we have just completed a major remodel that includes new furniture, floors, carpet, paint, kitchen, appliances, doors, moldings and ceiling fans. With 1600 Sq.Ft., these units are some of the largest in Sea Pines. We have recently added keyless entry, so no more keys to keep up with. You can go directly to the Villa without checking-in.

Our Heritage Villa in an end unit that is just steps away out the back door to the very large swimming pool. You have a limited view of the famous Harbour Town Links golf course, and are no more than a 5 minutes walk to famous Harbour Town with it's Lighthouse. We are located on the Sea Pines lighted bike trails, which are over 20 miles in length, and they can take you virtually anywhere on the Island. We are also located on the Sea Pines Trolley system, which will take you to the Beach or other areas of Sea Pines at no charge stops at the entrance of our complex.(Trolley operates in summer months only)

Our Villa features two bedrooms, both with full baths upstairs, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. We have luxury linens and starter amenities. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a very large closet and a 37" flat screen TV and DVD. The quest bedroom has two twin size beds, large closet, 32" Flat Screen TV and DVD.

Downstairs in the living room is a new 46" flat screen HDTV with over 130 channels with DVD player, and all new furniture. The dining area has a large table that can seat 6

The completely remodeled kitchen has all new cabinets, appliances, and a TV. We have wireless internet, luxury linens, starter amenities and one of the largest pools in Sea Pines.

The very large patio is very private with a new table and chairs and a new gas OR charcoal grill for you enjoyment. The sun is on this area for a short time in the morning.

  • My husband and I and our 2 year old daughter spent a relaxing and enjoyable week at this Villa. It was fantastic. The Villa was beautifully decorated and super clean. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit for rinsing swim clothes. Well equiped kitchen was great for a few eat in meals. Confortable patio which was supprisingly private and very little sun, also on the path to the pool.. Location was AMAZING--walk to shops, the playground and restaurants. Short trolley ride to the beach. Would definetly rent this Villa again. Great Value. I have no complaints.

The location of your villa is perfect, the lighthouse, the activities, shopping, biking, golfing and everything! We are taking home some great memories along with gorgeous pictures.   • Just stayed one week in this villa. It is an end unit and is very private. It has been remodeled both outside and inside. Both look new. It was very clean and the owner was very helpful in the rental process. It is within 50 yards of a great pool, and almost on the Heritage Golf Links. I highly recommend this unit if you are planning a trip to HHI.
