  This was our 4th trip to Sea Pines, our first at Heritage Villas. The location is so perfect for a short stroll into Harbour Town and their shoppes and restaurants, along with viewing the magnificent yachts docked in the harbour. There is a beautifully maintained park for the children, and, of course, the lighthouse to visit. Besides all of the beautiful paths for biking, the horses, and even the many alligators in every lagoon, Sea Pines is a perfect place to spend a vacation as it offers so many recreational opportunities for all ages. Now to our townhouse experience: working with the owner, Don, was very enjoyable. He is so proud of his townhouse; rightly so, and makes sure your visit will be without any problems. The townhouse was so immaculate, seriously, the cleanest of all the places we have stayed in Sea Pines. The kitchen was so fully equipped, we cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed it so much more than going out to dinner in a restaurant. My Brother, who lives in West palm Beach, visited us while we were there and was very pleased as to the size and decor of this townhouse; so much so, he stayed with us longer than he anticipated. My husband and I both highly recommend this townhouse for your next stay, it will meet and exceed your expectations for a relaxing vacation in Sea Pines. Don, thank you for being so easy to work with. We truly enjoyed our on-line conversations, maybe we can meet someday - I know where we will stay, hopefully, you can find a place, too. Camille & Mike

  I usually don't write reviews for places I have stayed because most of them would not be very good. I had a chance to stay in this Villa as quests of my mom and dad and the experience was so wonderful and refreshing that I decided to write this. First of all the location Inside Sea Pines Plantation could not be better, and the location of the Villa in this complex could not be better. Very quiet and private, no road or golf noise, lots of light being an end Villa, parking at the door. The Heritage Villa complex is within easy walking distance to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center, and a short bike ride to the beach. Inside it was immaculately clean, it looked like we were the first to stay after a remodel. Incredibly well stocked with supplies and kitchen wares. The furnishings and design of this Villa made it extremely comfortable and I could find nothing that I would change. If you are lucky enough to secure this property, you will want to stay longer than planned.

  Stayed here month of January 2012. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated town home in upscale, quiet location. Kitchen the best equipped of any rental we've used and we've rented condos, town homes and houses in many U.S. and international locations. Recommended restaurants: Plantation, Skillets, Hilton Head Diner and Stack's for breakfast; Crazy Crab for lunch; Alligator Grill, Marley's, Truffles, New York City Pizza, Patty's Pig 'n Pit and Old Oyster Factory for dinner (the latter open only for dinner). Not recommended: It's Greek to Me (bland food) and Reilly's Bar and Grill (uncomfortably noisy and so-so food). Publix supermarket just outside Sea Pines gate.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We have rented from top two companies over past 18 years but found this unit to be better maintained. It is furnished nicely and very spacious. Keyless entry is another plus. The location is great for tennis, harbor, beach, and riding bikes. We are already looking forward to our next trip to HHI.

  My family and I stayed in your Villa and we loved it so much we will be calling you to book again next year. Your Villa was everything the VRBO listing said and much more, we loved the location, it is the absolute best place in the complex to be, very private and very quiet. The upgraded decor, size of the Villa, and the amenity package your offer made it very confortable for all of us. My dad loved the HD televisons, never seen this before in a rental Villa. We also liked the area in the front where you could easily store our 4 bikes out of sight. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great place to stay in Sea Pine.

  This was our 7th stay in HHI/Sea Pines and our 3rd stay in a Heritage Villas property and this unit was the best by far. The location in the development was just perfect; an end unit which gets more light, and close to the pool, but as an interior unit, secluded from street & golf course noise. (Caution to those who want a unit that backs up the course - they start mowing really early in the morning - we learned that on a previous stay in a different unit.) The unit was very clean and everything was in great shape. The owners were very responsive during the entire process, extremely professional, but very helpful. The development is a short walk to Harbor Town & its restaurants & shops (don't miss the sunset) and Harbor Town Links. Sea Pines Beach Club is a 10 minute bike ride - bike rental is a must! We hated to come home and can't wait to return. Thanks for providing a super home away from home.

  We were very happy with our stay. This is our second time to Hilton Head and we really enjoyed staying in Sea Pines. The condo is in a great location and we walked/biked to Harbour Town everyday. The pool is nice and just a short walk out the back door. The condo was clean and the property is very well-maintained. We also enjoyed the playground, the bakery, the beach and visiting the lighthouse. Thank you...no complaints!

  I just stayed at this Villa with my best friend, we were on the Island for a wedding of one of our best friends. I have been to Hilton Head many times, but my friend had never been. I usually stay in a Heritage Villa because of the location. It is convenient to just about everything inside Sea Pines and is in a very quiet well maintained complex. In fact it looked like they had just been remodeled on the exterior. I usually don't review properties that I stay because I usually have some negative comments. This time there are none, the Villa is spotless, well equiped, very well furnished, quiet and in the best possible location in the complex. Very private and close to a wonderful pool. If you are looking for the perfect Heritage Villa inside Sea Pines, there is no need to look any further. I will be returning with my family later this year and will reserver again for next summer.

  Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary on HHI. Several family members rented various condos at Heritage Villas (we were within 2 minutes walking distance). Many people commented that while all the condos were nice, I ended up with the one that was better equipped, much more comfortable and a true "home away from home". Everything was so easy - working with the owner who answered all my questions and who provided me with exactly what I needed to know and have to make my vacation the best! When we go back, I won't have to do lengthy research like I did the first time to find a high quality condo with all the necessary amenities - this condo exceeded every expectation I had.

  This was our third visit to this property and it just gets better each time. The owner is great to work with and sends us very informative information for each stay. The Villa has been upgraded each time we have been there, as of this last visit, I don't know much of anything that is left. The Villa is spotless, the best amenities I have seen anywhere, and the beds and linens are as good as a 5 star hotel. If you are lucky enough to get this Villa, you will be more than happy with it's overall condition, it's location, and the way it is equiped. I highly reccomend this property to anyone that wants to have a great Villa to stay in while on Hilton Head.
