This condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, hallway bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Directly on the ocean and overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Come to the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida (PCB) today! Renovated recently and we added a washer and dryer!!! All tile floors so no more nasty and sandy carpet to walk on! Added a brand NEW AIR CONDITIONER recently as well to keep you cool during those hot summer months.
Our condo has central heat/air (brand new) with a fully equipped kitchen with a separate eating area and bar top as well. Features a great balcony to relax on that overlooks both outdoor pools and of course the beautiful ocean and beach...as this is an oceanfront condo.
We are not on the condo rental program and therefore can save you money by renting directly from us, the owner.
We supply you with towels, washcloths, and bed linens while you are visiting with us.
Please compare us to others as we are easy to work with. We do not allow smoking in our unit. Also, the Summit does not allow pets on the premises. We want you to enjoy your vacation and not have to worry about other things while you are in our condo.
The complex features the following for you to enjoy: two outdoor swimming pools (one heated in winter), two baby/toddler pools, game room, exercise room, saunas, indoor hot-tubs, outdoor hot-tubs, onsite ice-cream station and necessity shop, tiki bar, onsite restaurant, shuffleboard, multiple elevators (4), and internet cafe (total building is wi-fi as well), and resort like grounds for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Please note: The Summit charges for a parking pass and armbands during your stay. This fee IS NOT included in the price we charge. The fee for this is $15 except for March which is $35. All of our rates DO INCLUDE the taxes and cleaning fees so you don't have to worry about extra hidden fees being charged to you. We do ask for a $150 (refundable) damage/security deposit in the event something is broken or damaged by you or your guests during your stay.
NOTE: We have access to a pack-n-play if you have a little one in the group.

Awesome fall break...
My husband, teenage son, and I just stayed at this condo....we had a great time. The weather was in the 80's and we found a load of seashells to bring home. Stephen's condo is equipped with everything you would need for a happy vacation including beach toys, and beach chairs. The washer/dryer combo really came in handy on a daily basis. I intend to return for Spring Break 2013....Thank you Stephen for being great to work with.

My husband, son and I stayed at the condo June 26- July 3, 2010. The location of the condo was great!! You have amusement for the kids right across the street as well as great restaurants within walking distance. The pics of the condo are very accurate..Condo has everything you could need and was very comfortable... Stephen (the owner) was absolutely the best to work with. I highly recommend this condo.. Our family will definately be returning...

My son and I were there 21-25 April 2010 and had a wonderful time. The listing was spot-on and the unit lived up to the expectations. The photos depict the unit just as seen upon arrival. The owner, Steven, was absolutely wonderful, helpful and easy to contact. I would highly recommend to friends and family that they should contact him when they plan to go down again. I will definitely be back ! !

We stayed at the condo 11-24-09 through 11-29-09 and enjoyed every minute. It was very clean and comfortable. the weather was cool but the two hot tubs and the very well- heated pool more than made up for it. The beach was gorgeous as were the sunsets. The best part was working with the owner. He was always available for questions and was very helpful and personable. We had three little girls who had the best time of their lives. Thank you Stephen for everything.

My family and I stayed in this unit at the end of August 2009. The owners are super easy to work with. The condo was extremely nice and well maintained. We really enjoyed the personal touches, such as magazines on the coffee table and books and DVD's on the entertainment center. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance and utensil you could possibly need. We will definitely be back for another stay!

About the owner: We bought this condo as a place to take our child as he grows up (born 2007). We decided to rent the condo out to offset ownership costs. We always try to be competitive with our rates as well.
