"Inn Harmony" is located on 4 pristine waterfront acres 2 miles from the center of St. Michaels, Maryland. Situated on a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay the property offers beautiful views, a relaxing park-like atmosphere in a truly natural environment.
"Inn Harmony" is a spacious 4100 square foot country cape cod situated on the east bank of the Harris Creek (1/2 mile wide) making for easy water access and beautiful sunsets. It has central air-conditioning, two master bedroom suites with king size beds, 4 full bathrooms and three additional large bedrooms. Living is centered around the spectacular 500 square foot screened-in porch with mahogany wood floors and ceilings with gorgeous views to the water
The house also offers a family room with fireplace, a large kitchen and a TV/Game room. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, dock, outdoor tree swing, hammock, ping pong table and two laundry facilities for convenience. The house is newly renovated and includes a new pool, landscaping and hardwood floors.
Activities include fishing and crabbing directly from the dock, countryside biking, tubing, boating, ping pong, badminton, relaxation by the pool or in the hot tub, reading under the trees or swinging in our tree suspended hammock or swing. Evening activities including star gazing and sunset watching are memorable as a clear night will reveal the Milky Way Galaxy directly above.
Due to its temperate climate, the Eastern Shore enjoys a long outdoor season from March through November. The summer is most popular for its celebration of crab feasts and Plein-Air Art festivals. The fall is famous for the massive influx of migratory waterfowl and associated festivals. Winter brings Christmas in St. Michaels, and Midnight Madness (a shopping frenzy). Situated in a quaint historical locale and steeped in Eastern Shore culture, St Michaels offers a beautiful contrast to cities such as Washington and Baltimore both of which make for a great day trip.

Hi, Debbie. We had a great week at the house! The porch and the pool were the big hits…the pool during the day with the children and the porch at night for reading and Scrabble games. The five-year-old was thrilled about the bunk bed. We were very pleased with everything about the house and the fact that it turned out to be exactly as described online. We ended up not using the grill as we ate most dinners out. We enjoyed exploring Tilghman Island , Oxford via the ferry, a bit of Easton and of course St. Michaels. You have a lovely home, Debbie, and we certainly enjoyed our time together there. It’s a good place for multi-generational families like ours.

Hi Debbie, The house was wonderful and we all had a fantastic time. Even though it was rainy, it was also warm and we sat out on the porch Sat eve. It was well equipped and I can't think of anything that we could not find that we needed. (It was stocked with Tissues and TP too!). We are talking about coming again this Spring -- maybe mid to late April. Do you rent it then? Thank you also for your availability and attention to our needs. It was a pleasure working with you. We absolutely loved every minute of it. I have rented a house in Chatham in the past which was much smaller that it appeared in photos so it was with wonder and awe that we arrived to find your home such a wonderfully large place. I left the keys and the doors just as we found them which is what I thought that you said when I called on the evening of the 23rd. I brought a lot of groceries with me and had them stashed wherever I could stuff them so I hope that I didn't disturb too much. I had each of my daughters cooking one night so I hope that they didn't use anything of yours by mistake. After the storm on Sunday night, we did remove several frogs from the pool and the filter traps which the kids loved and took very seriously...monitoring them each day. There is a large broken limb in the tree closest to the porch...I don't know if that happened that evening but be careful of that. We saw a deer in the yard as well as a "family" of turkeys...a treat for all of us. I do miss looking out at the water...you are so very lucky!

Dear Debbie, We had an amazing weekend in your home. It was just perfect. Everyone loved their rooms but we spent most of our time on the porch. We ate all of our meals, played hours of charades and cards, and talked and talked on the porch. Everyone played at least one game of ping pong and my sister who is not known for her athletic abilities was champion. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the rooms were both comfortable and beautiful. It was a very successful weekend and many memories were made for years to come. All agreed that we would love to come back. Thank you for all of your information of the area. We just had a wonderful time and loved your house. It is perfect for a family reunion. Everyone used the pool, spa, swing and hammock. We all gathered each evening at waters edge for the sunset. Just a delightful stay. I am sending pictures I took that you may want to add to your website. Thanks for everything!

Hi Debbie, Welcome home! We loved your St. Michael's home. Our son thought we should purchase it as a family retreat - he has delusions of grandeur! The ten of us had a marvelous time. The surprise anniversary gift was a champagne gourmet dinner on a chartered ship jack which was a fun evening for all ages. Took your activities list and did just about everything but I thought the best thing was just staying home. We ate lots of crabs and even bought a bushel from the Nevitt wholesaler. More thanks for leaving the life jackets as kayak got used every day. Had no rain and we lived on that fabulous porch and never ate inside. George called our first night and offered to help in any way. So glad we did not have to call him but nice to know he was available. You have a beautiful home and it was very special to be your guests. Thank you.
