Ski, Swim, play tennis or enjoy many other amenities that this 4 Season destination has to offer. You will have plenty of room to stretch out enjoy the views of the mountain from both inside and out in the comfort of this 2800 sq ft fully appointed Chalet.
The ski lifts and the base of Blue Mountain as well as the first tee of the world famous Monterra golf course are located steps from your front door – the center of the best public and private ski and golf resorts in Ontario.
When you're finished, there is family entertainment, indoor water park, indoor and outdoor sports, full-service spa, family and fine dining and plenty of entertainment throughout the year all nearby.
Steps from out your front door you have FREE access to the Intrawest bus to shuttle you and your family back and forth to the Intrawest Village at Blue Mountain and the ski lifts. Or if you want it’s a 2 minute drive or a 6 minute walk.
When the snow is gone there are lovely sandy beaches close by or take the 20 minute drive to the longest freshwater beach in the world at Wasaga Beach.
Our chalet was newly built in 2008 and is attractively furnished for your comfort.
When you first enter you will notice that you get that warm feeling. There is a good chance that it’s the beautiful surroundings but if its winter it’s probably the heated floors in the oversized entrance with 2 large double closets.
You’ll get the same feeling in the main bathroom as well as in the Master ensuite. From here you will have direct access to the private garage.
Designed for entertaining friends and family we have and open concept great room with 12’ ceilings.
The open concept Island kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner, country BBQ or après ski snacks.
If the “game” is on everyone can gather around the stone fireplace and watch on the 50” TV. There is plenty of room for everyone and their friends as well.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and 3-piece ensuite. Two more bedrooms and a 4 piece complete this floor.
One bedroom has twin bunk beds and the other has a queen size bed.
In the Upper floor there are 12’ vaulted ceilings with beautiful views of the mountain. For friends and family there are twin bunk beds and futons as well as a TV.
If you’re still looking for more room go to the Rec Room. There you can watch TV, play video games or just hang out in your own space.
If everyone is having too much fun to leave there are 2 more futons so no one has to leave.
The Community is surrounded by Ontario’s Blue Mountains and with a children’s playground adjacent to our development there are open spaces with provide plenty of room to run, hike, play and enjoy any activity Children, Adults and Families are looking for.

Our property is best suited for those that want lots of space and room to entertain or share a vacation with friends without the constraints of a hotel setting. This luxury Townhome is in the beautiful,recently built, Arrowhead at Blue developement. In addition to all of the features listed the Resort Bus stops in the Arrowhead development. No problems with parking at the Village or worrying about one too many drinks at dinner. Great Feature not usually found outside of the Intrawest Rentals
