You'll feel instantly at home in our deluxe unit fully equiped for a perfect Maui vacation. It is located in a tropical setting, only a few feet from the famed Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III and within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants.
Our condo is #257 in building #7 and is a second floor end unit near the back of the resort complex affording you both quiet and privacy. It has updated furnishings, an in-unit washer/dryer, remodeled kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new drapes, and new linens, dishes, and flatware. We have added a more efficient air conditioning unit in the living room, new lanai furniture, and a new flat-screen wall mounted TV in the bedroom. The kitchen contains everything you'll need to prepare meals and snacks. You can also enjoy breakfast on the lanai with a view of the West Maui mountains. There are five gas BBQ grills available for outdoor cooking. The living room and bedroom are spacious with extra windows and ceiling fans to bring in the afternoon tradewinds. The living room has a TV and DVD/VHS player for your enjoyment. The condo also has wired cable internet access. Wireless internet is available near the office and around the pool area. The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed that has a new 3 inch memory foam matress pad. The unit has its own built in washer and dryer allowing you to avoid trips back and forth to the KKN laundry room. If you have an infant or toddler in your party, there is a "pack & play" and portable highchair available for your use.
There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom. We furnish starter amounts of soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.
Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a picnic cooler and beach toys for guests are in the lower lanai cabinet.
Beach towels are in the bedroom closet.
When you venture out, beautiful beaches are a few steps away and perfect for boogie boarding, snorkeling, swimming or sunbathing. The KKN swimming pool is one of the largest in Kihei. Our location in South Kihei makes visiting Haleakala, upcountry towns, the Iao Valley, south Maui beaches, Maui Tropical Plantation, the road to Hana and the Tedeschi Winery easy day trips. We are across the street from the beaches of Kamaole Parks I, II and III, There are shops and restaurants just around the corner from our Kihei Kai Nani Resort condo and it is a short drive to the rest of Maui's attractions. Our condo is a corner unit and has extra windows so the trade winds keep us cooler in the warmer summer months. We have an in-unit washer & dryer, dish washer, microwave and up-to-date kitchen applicances plus a gas BBQ grill behind our building. We enjoy sitting on the lanai for a leisurely Hawaian breakfast or lunch. The resort has one of the largest swimming pool in Kihei and even a lending library on site. The Kihei Kai Nani has everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

We both grew up spending summers by the Atlantic Ocean at the New Jersey shore, then Bob went to sea with the Navy for 20 years cruising all around the Atlantic, Pacific and Mediterranean Sea; finally, we settled in a town on the Central Coast of California only a short distance from the shores of the Pacific so we have been lifelong lovers of the seashore. Our condo in Kihei has turned out to be the perfect spot for ocean lovers with warm, sunny days, spectacular views, sandy beaches and some of the best swimming, surfing, and snorkling in the world only minutes from our doorstep.
We love being here for the rest, tranquility and fun that is Maui and are sure that you will too. Come and join us for a perfect vacation!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was absolute paradise. The location could not have been more perfect and the condo itself is in great condition. The King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came in handy. We very much appreciated the extra beach chairs, ice chest and other beach items located in the lanai closets. It saved us a great deal of money! The staff at KKN were also very welcoming and just great to deal with all around. Again, thank you for making our first visit to Maui a very SPECIAL experience...one we will not forget! We look forward to booking this condo again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in August of 2011. It was absolutely perfect, and we would be very happy to stay here again! I've stayed in some condos where you arrive late at night after a long flight, only to find a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no soap. I've actually taken to bringing tp and soap with me on the plane, just in case. Well this condo had everything we needed and more, including beach supplies, and lots of very homey touches, like coasters made with snaphots of Hawaii, guidebooks, travel CDs, and more. It really felt like staying in someone's home, not a rental unit. The a/c worked well (though we only used it once), and the location across from Kamaole II was perfect! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and a great home base for exploring the entire island. The Kihei Kai Nani complex is quiet and well-maintained with a nice swimming pool. The owners, Carol and Bob, were extremely helpful and friendly. Carol always answered my emails immediately, and she really bent over backward to help accomodate our check-in schedule. She also sent us lots of great insider tips about places to visit, eat, and see on Maui. I can't recommend this unit and these owners enough! Mahalo Carol and Bob!

We were looking for a Kihei Kai Nani condo that was clean, well maintained, and could support a family of four. This condo delivered exactly what we needed. The unit is a well-maintained KKN condo with one of the best-equipped kitchens that we have ever seen in Maui. As an end unit, we found it easy to cool the unit simply by allowing the Maui breezes to flow through. The air conditioning was nice in case of emergency but we generally didn't need to use it. The owners were very accommodating and the transaction was easy. They responded to our questions quickly and provided lots of information about Maui and the condo prior to our arrival. Overall, KKN is a comfortable place to stay (across from an amazing beach for families) and this unit is among the best we have enjoyed at KKN. We recommend it.

We stayed one week in August 2010 at this condo and it was just perfect, the beach was just accross the street. The location was great and central ! There was a full kitchen and BBQ near the condo so we cooked all our meals. The bedroom had storage and extra linen. The bed is very comfortable and it is pretty quiet around the condo. Aloha Carol and Bob. I just wanted to let you know that we have had a wonderful week at your condo which is equipped by everything we needed: towels, chairs and big umbrellas. Your condo is very well suited and nice location. There is a beautiful beach just across the street. I saw a giant turtle while snorkeling. Our friends from St. Petersburg, Russia, are speechless; only "Wow!!!". They have travelled a lot around Europe, but nothing like this one. We all love Maui. We had a wonderful time in Maui and DID NOT want to come home! The weather was so nice every day. The condo was wonderful as well, very comfortable and clean. We liked that it was an end unit as there were nice breezes all the time; very peaceful and relaxing for sleeping. I can't say that we had any issues during our stay, which is a good thing! I must say that having stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani several times, we found that working with you and Bob was the easiest and most stress-free as you were very professional and prompt. We enjoyed this 2nd fl end unit. There was always a breeze and lots of light which made the condo feel bright and spacious. The unit was set back in the complex so road noise was minimal, only the lovely sound of the birds to start the day. The owners provided everything you would need to make it an enjoyable holiday. The washer/dryer was a bonus as we were able pack a lot less and save on baggage fees as well .We loved the convenient location with one of the best beaches right across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. We hope t be back one day soon.

Anita & I spent the first 10 days of Dec. 2009 in unit 257. It was everything Carol & Bob had advertised. Modern, clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the on-site BBQ for some home cooked meals. It was truly a home away from home. The condo was great and liked the central location of it in Kihei, making it convenient to reach other parts of the island easily. It's well equipped and has a very comfortable home-like feel. A Safeway grocery and other convenience stores and excellent restaurants are near by, and being right across the street from some great swimming/snorkeling beaches is handy. We'll remember this place well for the next time we want to come back to Maui. Snorkeling was good and took in a number of sights like the Iao Needle, drive to Hana, Haleakala to the top, etc.
