We stayed at the Island View property for a long weekend to celebrate our 15th and my sister and brother-in-law's 25th wedding anniversaries. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is in a perfect location with beautiful views, is very private and very quiet. The pool and tiki bar are wonderful for outdoor entertaining as are all the outdoor spaces surrounding the house itself. The house was in immaculate condition and lacked for nothing. You could literally stock up groceries and never leave the Island View compound to have a wonderful vacation. Kelly is a very gracious host and had very helpful suggestions for restaurants, a grocery store and a charter fishing captain. Don't miss the Square Grouper restaurant at MM22.5 or the Keys Fisheries on Marathon Key. The No Name Pub is also worth a try if you can find it without hitting any Key Deer! We would definitely recommend this rental to couples or families...you won't be disappointed. We hope to stay there again soon!

We spent a wonderful weekend with dear friends in your lovely home at the end of August. We can't thank you enough for opening and sharing your "paradise" with us. The house is beautiful and so ..so comfortable. From the lovely ocean view to the immaculate pool....everything was a pleasure. We enjoyed a day in nearby Key West, dinner at the Square Grouper and a relaxing day in the pool. The house is equipped with everything you need at your fingertips. Could not have asked for more !!! The only problem we had was it wasn't long enough !!! Relaxed and unwound in an extraordinary tropical setting. Thank you for a wonderful retreat.

My wife and I along with our good friends the Vorndrans arrived on May 14th, 2011 and left on May 21st. Everything was perfect, the house, the weather, the surroundings, the company etc. Kelly was great to work with, very professional, knowledgable, and helpful with her recommendations. There was plenty to see and do in the area and we spent several day just hanging out by the pool. What a perfect way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I would strongly recommend this residence to anyone!

We have vacationed here three times now and each time we were very reluctant to leave. It is truly a paradise. I cannot describe how truly beautiful this place is, you must experience it for yourself. No need to look further. The property is spotless and wonderfully maintained, you will not be dissapointed.

We have stayed at the house now for 4 time and always look forward to going back. We have had the pleasure of seeing dolphin from the patio and have always enjoyed our stay. The home offers all the amenities including wireless internet, high def TV and cable. The home is always immaculate and well maintained. But nothing beats the wrap-around open air porch, well maybe the pool, and Tiki-Bar or the canoe and the grill. The list goes on and on..... We never want to leave

10-14-10 Stunning presentation to OPEN WATER, which is warm and clean, fresh from the beautiful Sub-Tropical Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable and spotless well appointed home made our stay the best vacation ever. We intend to share with all of our Northern familes and friends. What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view! The perfect place to relax & unwind. The house is immaculate inside & out .The kitchen has everything you need & the large screen TV with surround sound was a huge hit with my husband! I love the wrap around porch & open floor plan. You can enjoy the ocean view inside or out! The large pool & Tiki bar were awesome too. The house is located on a triple lot which offers more privacy. We have stayed here several times & look forward to returning in the future!

A visit to Island View is a visit to paradise! The house is set in a beautiful tropical location, oceanside in the lower Florida Keys. With picturesque views, a large pool and tiki bar area, and beautiful sunsets over the ocean waters, it is hard to get motivated to leave the premises. It is an immaculately maintained property and you will feel instantly at home in the warm environment. This is truly a "get away from it all" vacation property and great for family and friends. You will find no better place to enjoy all of the beauty and ambiance of the lower Keys.

This house is exceptional! We enjoyed both its proximity to Key West and because of the lot size, the idyllic sense of having our very own paradise. It is unusal to be able to enjoy both. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the Tiki Bar, hammock and decks and the kids LOVED being able to jump in the pool to cool off!

What an idyllic home to have a vacation in. We have been thrilled with your beautiful home and its location. We thoroughly enjoyed having the pool, the tiki-bar (what fun!) and the open bay view when not out boating. There were always enough chairs, lounge or otherwise, to never have to move things around, sit and bask only . The grounds are wonderful, subtle perfection; Island View is actually also its own Island Paradise. You and Bill provided us a truly wonderful, lifelong memory. There is no place anywhere in the Keys like this one. The inside and out is immaculate and maintained like no other house. From every room there are spectacular views. The only downside is you may never want to leave.

Island View is a little slice of Heaven. Bill and Kelly Hohn, the owners are wonderful people and this house and it's location are incredible. We have rented many houses on the keys and this house and it's location are far and away the best. It is both relaxing and exciting. You can swim and fish right off the dock in the ocean or lay by the pool and catch some rays. The tiki bar has a great stereo system in it and it is so fun to hang out there and visit with friends and family. You will not regret spending your vacation at this home. Look no further, this is your new favorite vacation destination!

This place is absolutely amazing. I had an wonderful time. The home is beautiful and very clean. The view just can't be beat! The pool was clean and inviting. The beds very comfortable. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Pool, beach, cabana, close to shopping and Key West, what more could I ask for? Loved the hammock in the back right next to the water under the palm trees. Perfect getaway!
