These are our 3 wonderful children. They are pictured by proxy because Tom and I don't photo as well :-)
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
This was always a family vacation home. Tom's dad built the original cabin in the 1940s. He inherited it as an only child in his teens. His parents died unexpectedly.
We were married in the solarium addition 20 years later. Our youngest was born in this home, delivered by her dad, because the midwife arrived five minutes too late.
We moved to Corvallis, OR (about 1 hour drive) and began renting out and managing 1 AMAZING NIGHT AT THE BEACH as a vacation rental in 2003. We are so pleased with our wonderful guests,to have had the opportunity to get to know some of them We clean and manage the house ourselves. I think because we have handled our home personally, we have had very, very few complaints in these 6 years. The only time I received a comment about something not clean was when someone else did the cleaning.
The Unique Benefits of this
Most guests enjoy the upstairs Master Suite AND GORGEOUS PANORAMIC VIEWS even while lying in bed. Guests usually say quietly,"Wow!" The consensus is always the same, "What a gorgeous view!"
