It is has been a great, amazing week in NYC! Everything in this apartment was perfect and Sofia is very very nice and kind! Absolutely clean and very well maintained. Like in the photos you can see. This location is suitable to visit all the city, up and down and the subway is just one block far. It's easy to get to shops, and all you can need during your holiday. We were there for the Marathon and we had great times. I hope to come back very very soon because everything was absolutely perfect and there's no 4 stars hotel that can make you feel at home like this apartment! thanks Sofia! I suggest this apartment for everybody who want to visit the city.

My daughter and I loved this apartment! We`traveled to NY due to a Ballet competition and the venues where scattered throughout NYC. No problem! The subway station was just a few steps away. We could eat out or cook in the apartment. The studio itself was spotless and very chic. It smelles lovely. The colors were relaxing. Because the unit is at the back of the building, you hear no traffic noise at all, so sleeping was easy! The bathroom is large and clean. Sofia has thought about every single detail for the guests, so wheteher you run out of shampoo or even nylos stockings, she has it covered. The location was great. Sofia is so nice to deal with, you won't want to go anywhere else in NYC. I loved, loved, loved our stay in NY. Hope to come back soon. The only problem is the rest of my family will want to come with us, too. Could you fit 5 in your studio, Sofia? Just kidding. My only wish is that Sofia have another apartmnet where we could all fit. Thank you so much!

This apartment is ideal place to stay for anyone looking to experience the REAL New York. It's close to the best food, shopping and everything else that New York has to offer. Only a block away from the subway if you want to head up town, and the bridges to Williamsburg and Brooklyn are really close by. Sofia made everything about our stay easy and enjoyable, and I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking to see how real locals live in NYC.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights at the end of May, beginning of June. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. They stowed our luggage until check-in time. The apartment was cute as a button and very clean. The bed was sooo comfy. The owner thought of just about everything to be a gracious hostess. It was much more than we expected. The location was right by a park and Chinatown. The subway was a convenient block away.We would definitely recommend this apartment to a single or couple, being it only had one bed.

We crossed(spent) an excellent stay in this apartment. He(it) is very well situated with the subway near. He(it) is very well equipped with a very comfortable bed, it is really very appropriate(clean). The owner is very serious and kind. You can go there blindly. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé avec le métro à proximité. Il est très bien équipé avec un lit très confortable, c'est vraiment très propre. La propriétaire est très sérieuse et gentille. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

My daughter and I stay here for 9 days and we have a great time. It is a very nice apartment in a great neighbourhood. Good bed, good bathroom and kitchen and very quiet in the apartment because you sleep at the backside of the house.

My partner and I stayed at this fab apartment for one week to celebrate his 30th Birthday. The host Sofia had genuinely thought of everything and the apartment was perfect for our needs as novice New York tourists. The place is just a short stroll to the subway that can take you all over Manhattan and there are also lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by. A great find!

This is a wonderful apartment! It was beautifully decorated, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location was great being that it is located near the subway and near China Town and Little Italy. On the same block are the famous Pickle Guys and around the corner is a famous donut shop shown on the travel channel. The owner was very accommodating and left goodies for us in the refrigerator and kitchen. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in NYC! It is comfortable and close to a lot of good amenities and attractions. Sofia was fantastic and made sure we were well looked after (the chocolates were a nice touch!). All her tips for restaurants and bars that we tried out were spot on, which came in handy for us NYC novices. Thanks Sofia!

If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the one! This apartment is exactly as described. Service exceeded all our expectations. From the very first inquiry, Sofia was "spot on" for customer service and satisfaction. We were delighted by her wonderful hospitality. Moreover, location, cleanliness and comfort are top notch... Great location and great find. We spent a week in the apartment, which was a perfect base. Owner was there to greet us and on hand at all times. Cost for the week was so reasonable. A real find and so accessible to getting around Manhattan and over to Williamsburg & Brooklyn. Would go back to stay in the apartment in an instance.

Really clean unit. Really great location in the L.E.S close to Chinatown and a few blocks away from all the shopping on Broadway. Also a nice area to walk around any time of day or night.

I will definitely come back here or recommend this place to anyone visiting New York. The place was well-priced, in a great location, was very quiet and private, and right by the F train making it very easy to get wherever you want to in New York. The owner was very warm, welcoming and hospitable and designed the place to feel like you're in a very nice hotel. If you want to come to New York and stay in a nice place without spending all your money on accommodation, definitely stay here!

The apt was in a great location. We walked to Chinatown, Little Italy, Tribecca, Soho and Greenwich Village. The owner was amazing, she set us up with water, juice and a chocolate goody bag! When my fiance (we got engaged on this trip) and I go back we will definitely stay here again!! P.S. check out Vanessa's Dumpling House at Eldrige and Broome!!

This apartment is beautiful, and it's a steal! Great location, and the place itself is spotless and comfortable. The owner is thoughtful and accommodating, and left lots of nice little touches that made us feel truly welcome :) I'll definitely stay here anytime I come to New York!
